A great single bedroom apartment with folding couch in living room that may be used as extra bed. Functional kitchen containing all the necessary accessories for preparation of any delicious meal desired. Supermarket is located nearby, at 3 minutes walking distance. The bedroom is equipped with extra comfortable bed 160 x 200 cm, 55" Plasma cable TV with local and international channels, full sports package unlocked. Nearest beach is located at 20 minutes walking distance.
The space
The advantage of this apartment is that when outside temperature is let's say 33 deg C, you can enjoy the natural apartment temp of max 25-26 deg. A/C is installed and functional, but there is no need to use it.
The neighborhood Marin’s home is located in Rijeka, Primorsko-goranska županija, Croatia. It's a great urban neibourhood containing all the amenities nedeed for a good holiday destination (post office, two supermarkets, great restaurants, many caffe bars with terraces with beautiful view, car mechanics, gas stations and lot more).
Getting around
City bus station is located just above the apartment, 30 seconds walking distance. Bus is leaving to the city center approx. every 10 minutes and it's very practical way of transportation.

The apartment is within peaceful neighborhood with nearby supermarket and great restaurants. Outstanding were the big TV screen and the comfortable bed. It is near the highway, from where you can get to Opatija or Rieka very quickly. Marin was very helpful, he provided tips for places to visit.
The place was sparkling clean and spacious. We used the washer and clothesline and they work perfectly. Marin’s apartment is close to the freeway, and he gave us a personalized tip on things to see and do on Krk island. It was quiet and overall a pleasant stay.

Great apartment with big TV screen, comfortable bed and functional kitchen. Nice urban, but peaceful neibourhood with nearby supermarket and great restaurants. Nearest beach is just a kilometer or so from the apartment. Would recommend definitly.
The apartment was way better than we expected. Kitchen has everything you need, the bed is even more comfortable than mine at home and the balcony is perfect to relax on after a long day spent on the beach. Neibourhood has everything you need, such as supermarket, post office, restaurants, farmacy, kiosk and much more. Public bus station is just a minute away. Marin is a great host, his English is excellent, he's fast on replyes and very helpful and informative. I have already reccomended this apartment to all of my friends.
Great little apartment on the outskirts of town! Marin is a very thoughtful host who accommodated us on short notice. He provided us with tips and suggestions for local trips. Would recommend!
