Villa Damir offers comfortable accommodation 100 meters from the beach tourist resort Petrčane, near Zadar. The house is situated in a quiet street, only 100m from the beach, and 200m from the center of Petrcane and major tourist facilities. Accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Petrcane, summer holidays for small groups as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and active holidays.

To our dear guests in Villa Damir we offer accommodation in 4 fully equipped apartments with a capacity of beds for 2-5 persons. Apartments consist of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartments have air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, internet, washing machine ..

In a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, guests can use the barbecue and garden furniture. The garden is fenced and safe for children to play.
Parking is provided.

Pets in our apartments are allowed with prior notice.

In a range of 100 to 200 meters from the apartment there are beaches, promenades, shops, restaurants, town center and all you need for a comfortable stay in Petrcane.
