Luxury villa for rent in the quiet and idyllic northern part of Bali. The service of our staff is included in the price. For the meals you only pay the ingredients.
Our 2 to 6 persons villa with private swimming pool is located near the beach in a very quiet environment and surrounded by bright green rice fields and vineyards. A lot of attention has been paid to the design of the house and the landscaping.
North-Bali has been blessed with spectacular tropical nature. Gorges covered with a wealth of vegetation, lava beaches, coconut plantations and rice fields are all part of the idyllic scenery. By car, the shops and restaurants of the cozy town Lovina are only 10 minutes away. The nearest city, Singaraja , is located 30 minutes from our villa in Dencarik.
Laze away the day by the swimming pool, observe, while lying on the beach, the fishermen with their outrigger proas. Take a swim in the calm Bali Sea… there are plenty of choices to be discovered: a deep green inland with volcanoes, water falls, lakes, rice terraces, coffee-vanilla plantations and countless temples…You will be dumbfounded by the flamboyant religious culture of the Balinese people. Sacrifice rituals and ceremonies are still part of everyday life on this island of smiles.

The Villa
The villa is built on a private parcel of 1400 m2. suitable for 6 persons. The villa has a large living room on the ground floor, an open kitchen, separate toilet, storage room with washing machine and drier and two bedrooms, each with its own open bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a third bedroom with a separate bathroom, shower and toilet and a sitting area. There is a large balcony terrace with a comfortable Balinese sofa. Enjoy from here the breath-taking view over the Bali Sea and if you are lucky, you see dolphins swimming by. All rooms have comfortable beds from exellent quality, large cupboards and silent air-conditioning.
There is a large terrace with dining table and two lounge sofas. Adjoining you’ll find a swimming pool (5 x 12 m) with comfortable deck chairs. The beach, with its fine lava sand, is near to the villa.
We have a little beach house with lots of soft cushions (bale begong) near the sea. In the evening, it is a nice place for watching the spectacular sunset over the isle of Java.
The villa is equipped with:

Six days a week (8 hours a day) our Balinese staff is at your service to clean the house and keep the garden. Ironing, washing and cooking may be arranged on request... They also do your shopping. You only have to pay the ingredients for the meals. There is also a varied menu with Balinese, Indonesian and European dishes. Of course you are free to cook your own meals. The daily living in Bali is not expensive. The staff is unobtrusive and discreet and respects your privacy. It is customary in Bali that the villa is watched by security at night.
In case of any further questions don’t hesitate to contact the service desk. If you wish to make an excursion, we will arrange you a car with driver (6 persons). A one day-excursion costs approximately 45 euro (fuel included). You wish to rent a motorcycle or to arrange a massage? Just ask for it!
Bali
Welcome to the island of smiles! Bali is one of the smaller islands of the Indonesian archipelago. It is 5623 km2 and has 3.5 million inhabitants.
The tropical climate is known for the sunny and warm weather all year round. The temperature remains fairly constant between 25 and 30 degrees.
The northern part of Bali is the driest part of the island and even during the rainy season there are only a few rainy days what makes it suitable for a wonderful holiday.
The smiles of the residents, the vast landscapes, the thousands of temples and rich culture make of this island one of the most fascinating destinations on our planet.
The daily life of the Balinese is steeped in religion. Ritual sacrifices, holy dancing, life in the villages and the ceremonies in the temples ... all in the name of Hinduism.
To explore the real wealth of the island, you will have to leave the touristical southern part behind.
Some practical tips for trips:
The nearest town is Singaraja, Bali's capital city during the Dutch occupation. You will find temples, moskene, markets and orderly streets. It is a lively town and a pleasant place to walk around. You can go shopping in the Hardy's supermarket.
In Lovina you can find nice restaurants and shops. There are several scuba diving schools located and you can do dolphin watching.
If you are a scuba dive fan, you can experience one of the most beautiful underwater havens in the world ... just an hour's drive from our villa on the island of Menjagan! You will see a lot of coral and thousands of colorful fish in all shapes and sizes.
East Bali is dominated by the mighty Gunung Agung volcano, with on its slope the important Besakih temple complex. In the west you can find the Gunung Batur with its own temples and a crater lake.
The artistic village of Ubud hill is the cultural and literal center of the island. You can stroll along the many galleries and in the numerous restaurants you often hear gamelan music. There are several interesting buildings. The rice fields and the ridges around the village are excellent hiking areas.
You can go Golfing at the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club (18 holes) in the mountain area of Bedugul at the Bratanmeer. It is one of the top 5 golf locations in Asia. You can golf here at temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees. The course was designed by the renowned architect Peter Thompson and is the only course in the whole world located in a volcano.
This is just a few of the many opportunities for exploring Bali. Here you will also find the Gitgit waterfalls, the hot springs at Banjar and the many temples to visit in the surrounding area. Just too much to mention. In the villa there is sufficient documentation and a number of guidebooks available for even more ideas.
To thoroughly explore the island, take your time, go to the rural villages and rice fields, and smile to the people. Undoubtedly, you will fall in love with this piece of paradise!

The prices include:

Payment:
30% of the total amount 5 days after booking. The rest of the rent with a deposit of 150 euros, must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival. We will send you even more details on a number of practical issues related to the villa, staff, help desk etc ...
Within two weeks after your return, the deposit will be refunded after deduction of electricity charges and any damage.
The cancellation and travel insurance should be arranged by you.
For a holiday in Bali (maximum 30 days) travelers from more than 40 countries don't need a visa. Check it before your departure. Your passport should be valid for more than 6 months when you return back home.
If you wish we can provide transport to and from the airport in Denpasar. This costs about 45 euros only (4people with luggage). The ride lasts approximately 3 hours.
