Villa Palachina Antishova is located on the east coast of the peninsula in a small village with only a few settled houses. This istrian stone house is intended for a peaceful family vacation. It's also an ideal quiet holiday resort surrounded by 7000 square meters of green garden.
This house was built in 1902, and through the generations it has been a family vacation home for sailors who spent half of their lives abroad. Palachina Antishova was always a place of family meetings throughout the past century.
This luxury Villa is situated on the hills in beautiful countryside, close by are the Blue Flaged beaches of Rabac, which are only a 15 min drive. Beside the finest contents available in Istria, the choice of visting beaches of Rabac or important Roman monuments, you can always spend splendid time in your villa with pool and enjoy the magnificent countryside views in complete privacy.
ABOUT Villa Palachina Antishova
This beautiful villa with its swimming pool was built in 1902 in stone and completely renovated in 2013 in accordance with the natural environment in which it is located. For the reconstruction there were used only natural materials typical for the area, from which especially stands out the stone Kanfanar with whom it is paved more than 300 square meters of garden.
The villa is fully adapted to a modern lifestyle and her charm are the elements of the rustic architecture, original style facade with natural materials and earthy colors, and a stone’s ring off the traditional Istrian cistern from 1880.
The villa consists of two parts with separate entrances. The upper part is a spacious apartment with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with garden furniture. On the ground floor there is a studio apartment made of stone with a traditionally derived fireplace and a terrace with garden furniture in front of which there is a pool and some sun beds.
The villa is located in a small village with only a few settled houses. Surrounding her extends 7000 square meters of green garden ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet and total privacy.
The distance to the nearest supermarket is 4 km, the first restaurant is at 1.5 km (possible catering by arrangement), the first beaches are 3 km away, and the distance to the most beautiful beaches of Istria in Rabac is 10 km. The villa is located only an hour drive from all the natural and cultural sights of Istria.
With a rustic construction of the house and special attention given to the rules of Feng Shui, the house and garden are equipped with devices in accordance with the modern lifestyle and needs, and fully covered by Wi-Fi signal.
