Villa Sud Nice : A self-catering apartment featuring a spacious furnished rooftop solarium with tropical flowers and plants

Good location near city center and bus and train communications, very quiet and clean, air conditioning and some extra warm air generators.
It was very easy to arrive at Villa Sud Nice late in the evening because there was a receptionist who let us in and gave us the keys, and without any extra charge. Also the bus connection from the airport was easy to find and use due to good arrival advice.

Me and my friends would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Nice. Luciano was a delight and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and have everything you would need if u want to make dinner. It was easy to walk to old tow, the port, the beach and any buss stop that can take you wherever you want to go. The garden was beautiful and a great place for breakfast and dinner. Amazing value for money for 7 new high school graduates who needed to relax!! Would love to go back some day!

The secure gated access, lush botanical quiet areas, well equipped kitchen and free WIFI, friendliest host, mosquito coils at night were a plus

The host was very nice, the apartment was clean and true to pictures on the site. Everything was ready for us on arrival. Parking offered was easy and a good price for the city. Close supermarkets. All appliances needed to prepare quick meals were available, clean and ready for use.

We loved Villa Sud with its pleasant hosts and lovely garden. The rooms were simple, clean and comfortable with everything that we needed and we had a terrace where you could enjoy sitting out, to eat breakfast or have a glass of wine in the evening enjoying the garden. The gardens really are as glorious as they look in the photos and we just can't praise the garden enough!! The site has a security gate. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away and you can walk to the old port easily (20 mins). You can easily walk further afield if you like walking, or there is a train station and other public transport options nearby. We definitely hope to return in the future.

Luciano has created an oasis in the heart of Nice. The room was fastidiously clean and the courtyard charming with its abundance of plants and flowers. Everything in the city center was a15-20 minute walk so it’s centrally located. I considered this to be a fabulous find.

The most beautiful place in Nice. Silence, a lot of plants, clean, very nice owner, a great style in every detail. Close to the port and the city centre. This is the best place I have been to for ages!
