Masseria Santo Stefano has been belonged to the same family since the XVIII century. It is located among secular olive trees and cherry trees, typical of the apulian country of Conversano.
After a total and important restoration, today the Masseria is an enchanting and charming house, where traditions and modernity join to create a perfect match.
Once you have followed the wooden path till the entrance, you will find the main façade of the house, painted only in lime, as the typical apulian buildings. On the left, you will see the wonderful swimming pool with salt system, surrounded by the pine forest and the grass lawn.
Today, the old storehouses have become cosy halls for ceremonies which let the access to the two upper floors where the large terraces offer suggestive shows of sunsets and landscape.
Four charming bedrooms, everyone with a private bathroom, can accommodate till 12 guests. The Wi-Fi network covers the entire area of the Masseria and the interior of the house has hot/cold air conditioning.
The strategic position of the house allows to reach easily the most exclusive and note apulian locations, such as Castellana Grotte, Polignano a mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Ostuni and the d’Itria valley.

THE GOLD SUITE
The largest bedroom of the Masseria, with the traditional flooring in earthenware tiles and central “carpet” in cement mosaic tiles, characterized by a cross barrel vault with exposed stones. Near the double bed stands a dormeuse with two beds. The bathroom, with a characteristic vault showing the “bubbole”, has got the shower, whereas, in the room, a vintage bath tub “Devon&Devon” is displayed.
THE GREEN SUITE
The large “familiar” room with an antique double bed and a dormeuse. One window overlooks the citrus grove and the pine forest, while the other one overlooks the olive and cherry trees of the country. Its bathroom, built with local stones, has got shower, bath tub and double sink.
THE BLUE JUNIOR
The most particular bedroom of the house.
It comes from a deep analysed architectural and planning study: two beds with the cross vault with exposed stones on the top; an exclusive bathroom with a particular “trullo effect” instead of the original kitchen of the XVIII century. This bathroom has a “half moon” shower and its walls, vault and floor are made by exposed local stones.
THE RED JUNIOR
Double room with a cross vault with exposed stones. Characterized by the typical walls with local stones, the private bathroom is the largest of the house. It has got a design “half moon” shower and a Jacuzzi bath tub.
