Sergio's haus ist direkt an einer Straße wo man überall schnell hinkommt. Die Unterkunft war schick und Sergio hat sie mit viel Liebe selber gebaut.
Der Aufenthalt war sehr nett, Sergio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat. Leider gibt es keinen Backofen in der Wohnung, was man beim kochen beachten sollte. Er hat uns in einem anderen Raum auf Nachfrage einen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Sergio ist jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein Restaurant welches ein hervorragendes Preis Leistung Verhältnis bietet ist 150 Meter entfernt.
Chez Sergio, c’est le top du top. Très bon accueil Nous y avons séjourné deux jours, Grâce à ses ses conseils, nous avons pu organiser nos sorties et profiter de Zadar et de ses alentours. Appartement très propre et design.

We really enjoyed our staying at Sergio’s place! He was such a nice welcoming host and always available. Everything was perfectly clean and we especially loved the heated bathroom floor. The apartman itself is very modern, spacious and very well equipped and the location is great as well, not so far away from the city center and also very close to the shopping center.
Sergio is an amazing host, he had time everyday to give us advise about where to go and many other useful tips. His place is clean, cozy and well presented, much love as gone into decorating his apartment to make it comfortable for his guest. The location is perfect if you plan to travel around and the amenities are excellent too most of which is walking distance.
Very nice apartment close to the city centre! Sergio have us some good advice. We loved that he got us some chocolate and wine!! We would highly recommend his place above all.
