The modern and stylishly furnished studio is located on the first floor at the rear of the building. The studio has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette with fridge to prepare coffee / tea and breakfast. The studio is furnished with a small seating area, TV, and a wonderful double bed from the Swiss Sense brand. The studio is approximately 17 m2. On request it is possible to use a washing machine and dryer, present in the building.
Studio 2 – Hofstraat Deventer

The studio has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette with fridge to prepare coffee / tea and breakfast. The studio is furnished with a small seating area, TV and a wonderful double bed from the Swiss Sense brand. From your sitting area with TV you have a nice view of some monumental buildings. The studio is approximately 20 m2. On request it is possible to use a washing machine and dryer, present in the building.
Studio 3 – Hofstraat Deventer
This duplex studio is located on the second floor at the rear and has a balcony. The studio has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette with fridge to prepare coffee / tea and breakfast. The studio is furnished with a small seating area, TV, balcony and a wonderful double bed from the Swiss Sense brand. The bedroom is on the third floor. From the window you can see the Lebuin Tower. The studio is approximately 25 m2. On request it is possible to use a washing machine and dryer, present in the building.

This duplex studio is located on the second floor at the front of the property. The studio has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette with fridge to prepare coffee / tea and breakfast. The seating area has a 2-person sofa, armchair, desk and TV. The bedroom is on the third floor and has a wonderful double bed from the Swiss Sense brand From the window you can see the Lebuin Tower. The studio is approximately 35 m2. This studio has a third sleeping accommodation on request.
