This modern villa located near the beautiful sandy beach in the creek of Canyelles Petites de Rosas, offers, in addition to its wonderful sea views and the beauty of the bay of Rosas, the one on its private pool, since all his living rooms. 

Its surface of 160 M2 is equipped for 6 people and distributed on the upper level in entrance hall, 3 bedrooms outgoing on the terrace (1 suite with its sea view bath, and 2 other bedrooms which share a shower room), the 3 bedrooms have electric shutters, and new bedding. At the pool level we have the dining room, large lounge with flat screen TV , kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and equipment to prepare your small dishes. 

Air conditioning built in throughout the house. Wifi. Outside the garden furniture on the terrace is sheltered from the sun by the electric blinds (we take all the meals in summer) and the sun loungers line the pool Below the pool level is the petanque court also with the wonderful sea view. Closed parking for 2 cars. The beach is accessible on foot, (except for the little children of course). 

since 7 o'clock in the morning you can enjoy the show of fishing boats under the pink light on the morning it's really fantastic. In addition to the pleasures of the sea this beautiful region offers walks in archaeological sites, museums and full of small villages with Romanesque churches and small restaurants serving local cuisine and local specialties (tapas with many Catalan and Spanish dishes). 

You can practice golf (Perelada and Torre Mirona), as well as the Castello de Emppuros Pitch & Pot just 5 kilometers away, and numerous classical concerts and other music 15 kilometers away to suit all tastes and ages. The main célebration of Rosas is celebrated the week of August 15 and offers various activities for children both on the beaches and in the village (see the tourist office for the program). The rental of bike, scooter and boat is possible all summer or you can have fun by participating in the attractions shared on various floating vehicles with skipper. We are in Rosas along you journay to make sure your holidays are a dream you keep an exelent remember !
