Apartament located 2 minutes from the beach. Pleasant, very bright, decorated with warmth, personality and with all our love to make you feel at home.

The space

Unbeatable location close to the municipal market square and the most central area of town, with shops, bars and restaurants. Very quiet street without noise. Building with only four neighbors. Second floor with balcony and a beautiful view of the square clock. It has two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a kitchenette. Full bathroom with shower, TV, Wi-Fi with fiber optics. The kitchen is completely equipped.

Other things to note

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A surcharge of € 20 will be applied if the entry is after 9:00 p.m. Check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00. If you need to leave later, a surcharge of € 40 will be applied for departures until 5:00 p.m. (whenever there is availability, check in advance).

Location

Sant Feliu de Guixols is a beautiful fishing village on the Costa Brava. It is a quiet and cozy place. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town, so you will have all kinds of services (leisure, restaurants, culture, shops) at your fingertips. Forget the car during your stay.
Free parking area very close.

50% in advance & rest of 50% after reaching the accommodation. In Catalonia there is a tourist tax that the guest must pay in cash on the day of departure, this tax is fixed 1€ per person per day.
Cancellation Policy
If Cancellation will be happened before 21 days of arrival, the amount will be refunded and within 21 days of cancellation will not be refundable.

El apartamento es como en las fotos o casi diría que mejor. La ubicación es excelente. cerca de la playa, del mercado municipal muy pero muy cómodo y céntrico. Lurdes en todo momento pendiente de nuestras consultas, muchas gracias

Apartamento con inmejorable localización, luminoso y decorado con muy buen gusto tal y como se puede apreciar en las fotos. Trato genial, limpio y muy agradable. Ya deseando volver en verano, genial para parejas (como nosotros) e incluso familia ya que tiene hay dos camas de matrimonio (y dos habitaciones) y una individual.
