Luxury cottage of 260 m with kitchen, bathroom, two double bedrooms, a sofa bed for one person, access to the private beach, a wonderful garden with a porch adjacent to the villa. The villa has 2 beautiful bedrooms with two double beds. In the large living room there is a splendid and ancient fireplace to warm the winter days.

Our location is on the shores of Lake Vico within the Protected Nature Reserve. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets, in total relaxation, on the private beach, in a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. You can sail the waters of the lake on our canoes, practice bird watching, fishing, and immerse yourself in nature just a few kilometers from Rome. The sunsets you can enjoy from our cottages are impressive and one of a kind. We have partner restaurants that will serve you lunch or dinner directly in your cottages. For stays of at least one week, insurance coverage can be purchased at a minimum price! Please contact us privately.

Posto davvero incantevole ...pace e relax le parole giuste ...siamo state molto bene e Roberto e’ davvero un host cordiale ..spero di tornare molto presto anche perché jenice il cagnolino mascotte della casa ci e’ entrato nel cuore :)

Location meravigliosa sulle sponde del lago di Vico. Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage per un weekend lungo nel mese di Novembre, con i colori dell'autunno che ammantavano i boschi sul versante della collina. Non sapremmo dire cosa sia stato meglio, se il calore confortante del camino in casa, il molo privato sul lago, facilmente raggiungibile dopo una breve passeggiata attraverso il grande e curato giardino, non sentire alcun rumore se non il battito d'ali e il canto degli uccelli che tranquilli si raccolgono in folti gruppi sul lago, proprio nei pressi del cottage. Un'immersione nella natura vera a un'ora da Roma. Servizio impeccabile da parte di Roberto e staff, risposte rapide, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Nulla da eccepire, consigliatissimo.

You could tell time the house was beautifully designed. Remainders of that are everywhere--a falcon gauntlet and feathers near the door, an exquisite Kaas in the main room, velour seating pieces, hand-painted tiles antique ceramic tiles in the bath and kitchen, and a nice pie-safe by the rear door. The setting is spectacular and embedded with nature's finest elements. The lake and the area are worth a trip.
