The space
A detached house in a lovely garden where you can spend the time blissfully. We have been travelling a lot around the world and we built the house focusing on the needs of the guests. The house includes an ensuite master bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a big table, a large living room with a sofa bed with a connected bathroom. The house adapts to the need of the guests, thanks to it's sliding doors, it creates a large living space with the living room connected to the kitchen, otherwise when more travellers are present, the sliding door can be closed thus creating a second master bedroom with private bathroom. By consequence, the house can comfortably fit one to four persons. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers and one of the two can turn into a bubble bath.
Guest access
Rome Garden House has a private entrance. You will have the key to the garden and house that will be of your exclusive use. Check-in can be made after 3:00 PM. You can come and go anytime during the day and night. Check out time is at 12:00 noon.

We always dreamed of hosting friends and tourists from around the world . So we built this delightful garden house. It will be a pleasure for us to talk and spend time together.
Other things to note
We have a garage for the guests and we can easily arrange trips to other cities in Italy , particularly in Campania where we have a second Garden House with swimming pool within the Pompeii Valley.
The neighborhood

The house is located in the neighbourhood of Parioli Pinciano, in a liberty building of great charm constructed in the 30's and recently renovated . Rome Garden House is located between two of the largest parks of Rome: Villa Borghese (200 m) and Villa Ada (900 mt). The property is also a few minutes away from the Zoo of Rome and the Borghese Gallery that's filled with beautiful masterpieces. The neighbourhood is considered as one of the most quiet and safest in Rome. The perfect place to return after a day walking in the historic, beautiful and a bit 'chaotic' city.
Getting around
There is a bus stop in front of the house, with two bus lines, that can take you to the city center or Termini Station in about 10 minutes. The taxi stand is 150 meters, otherwise if you prefer walking, the Termini Station and the center of the city are just 30 minutes away. Beside the house you will find one of the busiest restaurants in the neighborhood "Il Fiore di Zucca". Eating at any time of the day will not be a problem in the surroundings since they are at walking distance. You will find numerous bars, pizzerias and supermarkets. For the good drinkers, there is also a beautiful wine cellar 100 mt away. Since you will be staying in a neighborhood full of services, you can order almost anything from home . The Rome Garden House is an oasis of peace in a very calm neighbourhood from which you have easy access to all of the city.

Beautiful apartment in an upmarket location. Safe area with nice restaurants close by -one is just across the road. Guglielmo was on hand to answer any questions we had during our stay. There is underground parking which is very handy if you have a hire car. Would definitely stay here again

This apartment is nice and in a beautiful neighborhood.
Can't say much about the house because eventually we stayed at the main house upstairs, which was great.Ddidn't get to meet Guglielmo , we met his lovely wife Paula and her mother and they greeted us very warmly upon arrival. texting communication with Guglielmo was easy and fast .
Our host was very easy to communicate with before arrival, and was very flexible with arrival times. We enjoyed relaxing in the lovely outdoor space, and the flat had all the amenities that we needed. Located in a great neighbourhood with some very nice restaurants. Thank you!
I was warmly welcomed by Guglielmos son including a cup of coffee. Great neighborhood, especially for people who like to run like me, because Villa Borghese is a wonderful running area.
The best vacation rental apartment we have ever stayed. Arrival was easy, departure was easy and the place was WONDERFUL. The garden in front of the apartment was like from a dream. Very romantic, quiet and perfectly maintained to the smallest details. The air conditioning was super powerful and kept the apartment nice and cool. Kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. The neighborhood is also fantastic. Quiet residential area but is surrounded with many great restaurants and cafees where you can eat fabulous local food. Groceries store is also very close. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely return.
The Rome Garden House is a very nice place hosted by two very nice people. G and Paola made us feel welcome and provided extra blankets. The neighborhood was very quiet at night during our stay. The only trouble we had was with neighbors overhead walking in shoes and moving chairs during the night - which was very audible on the tile floors. It sounded like they were walking without shoes our last night, which did make it quieter and was appreciated.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Guglielmo's place, which is as advertised! This is a little oasis in the city! I wish we had more time to enjoy the place and it's lovely garden. But there are so many wonderful things to do in Rome! Unfortunately due to our different schedules we didn't manage to meet in person but we communicated via messages. Everything was perfect! We highly recommend this place and we would come back next time we are in Rome!

Excellent ! Superbe endroit, au calme tout pres du parc Villa Borghese, a 25 min a pied du centre de Rome, arret de bus devant la maison. Tres bel appartement, etabli avec beaucoup de gout et super bien equipe, en plus deux salles de bains, quel luxe ! Proprietaire tres symphatique, toujours accessible. Bref une superbe experience que je recommande a tous. Et en plus de tout ca, un excellent rapport qualite - prix.
