Sleeps two. On the first floor of the villa, Apartment comprises a spacious and charming terracotta-floored living room/bedroom with double bed and a single sofa-bed. Two windows are facing the front garden; there is a separate kitchen/dining room with direct access to a raised rear terrace, and a bathroom with washing-machine.

Use of the terrace is shared with a neighbouring apartment. The kitchen has a four-burner cooker, refrigerator, sideboard, cupboard and a wooden table. There is independent gas-fired central heating.

Guests who stay for more than a week are eligible for a discount on the total amount.

Breakfast on request (at least the night before)

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Patricia, la réalité est encore plus belle que les photos ! Patricia est charmante et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, nous reviendrons certainement un jour !

Notre séjour chez Patrizia était super sympa. La maison est idyllique, l'emplacement très tranquille mais non loin d'une épicerie, d'une pizzeria et d'un café sympa (Pergo). La piscine est grande et idéale aussi pour la baignade avec des enfants. Toute la propriété est entourée d'un grand jardin et d'arbres matures. Nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes sans être dérangé par des bruits de voitures. La cuisine est très bien équipée et Patrizia nous a offert les beaux légumes de son jardin (un délice) avec des feuilles de basilique très aromatiques. La salle de bain est belle et moderne et il y a même une machine à laver. La chambre est spacieuse et idyllique et nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avons pris les repas sur la petite terrasse ce qui était également très agréable. Finalement, Cortona est facilement joignable en voiture (10min). C'est une petite ville très agréable avec une programmation culturelle étonnante en été. Le théâtre de Cortona en vaut vraiment le détour. Patrizia nous a accueilli chaleureusement et c'était un plaisir de la rencontrer. Merci pour tout!! Pierre

En un mot, superbe!Très beau cadre verdoyant, calme et reposant, arboré, au cœur des oliviers et des pins. La piscine et le jardin planté d’oliviers et de pins invitent vraiment au repos. Le domaine se situe à côté des grands axes pour se rendre à Sienne, Pérouse, en Ombrie, nous avons pu rayonner dans le Chianti et le val Elsa, d’Orcia, et découvrir des coins fabuleux... L’appartement Talia était très bien aménagé avec nos deux enfants et parfaitement conforme à la description de l’annonce. Comme à la maison! Ce séjour en famille était superbe. L’accueil familial, chaleureux, bienveillant. Flavia a été très prévenante avec nous et je la remercie encore. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Et je recommande fortement notre Hôte!
