On the outskirts of the village of Barcelonnette, in a quiet area, gîte located on the 2nd floor with lift in a new independent house including owners' accommodation on shared enclosed grounds.

In the heart of the Ubaye Valley, the gîte La Passerelle is located just 500 meters from the city center of Barcelonnette. You can easily access it on foot from the footbridge along the dike and thus leave your vehicle in the property. Your accommodation is located on the 2nd floor where you can access either by internal stairs or by an elevator. Inside, a spacious and bright living room with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. the gîte has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are attic. Everything has been planned by the owners so that you have a pleasant holiday with family or friends.

On the outskirts of the village of Barcelonnette, in a quiet area, 70 m² gîte on the 2nd floor with lift in a new detached house including owners' accommodation. It consists of the following parts:

1 kitchen area, living room, relaxation area with sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, many books and board games.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
1 bedroom with sloping ceilings with 2 single pull-out beds.
1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed.
1 bathroom.
1 independent toilet with washbasin.
Pets allowed after agreement with the owners.
The cottage benefits from the following exterior comfort:
an annex (pedestrian) entrance on one level via a footbridge giving access to the dike to walk to the city center.
a common enclosed land.
a private garden.
a private location for vehicles.
a room on the ground floor for bicycles, motorcycles and equipment (skis, fishing rods).
Charges and (central) heating are included in the price.

Tourist attractions

The Route des Grandes Alpes

Opened in 1920 by the Touring Club de France, it links Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean Sea. It passes through Barcelonnette en Ubaye, takes the fabulous passages of the Col de Vars (2109 m) and the Col de la Cayolle (2352 m) and runs along the Mercantour National Park.
Places to visit: The most famous passes in the Alps and the highest road in Europe between Jausiers and the Col de la Bonette at an altitude of 2,715 meters, passing through the Col de Restefond (2,680 m).

Sainte-Anne la Condamine station

Exceptional for its landscapes, its altitude and its conviviality, the resort of Sainte-Anne surprises with its blue sky contrasting with the pure white snow of its peaks. It will delight powder enthusiasts or surfers as well as families.

Sauze Super-Sauze station

Ski champion Carole Merle's resort, the Sauze / Super Sauze, labeled "Les P'tits Montagnards" is suitable for all styles of skiing: alpine skiing, surfing, snow-scoot, free ride, telemark, ... Sauze / Super Sauze fully plays the authenticity card.
