In the hamlet Brolio 7 km from the centre of Castiglion Fiorentino, 15 km from the centre of Cortona, in a sunny position on top of a hill, located by a road, in the countryside. 

ACCOMODATION

the villa is 250 square meters and can accommodate 11+1 persons in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. It extends on two levels with an external staircase (traditional in Tuscan architecture). The interior layout is made of open space, relaxed and rustic decor, ideal for families or groups.

Ground floor: On th ground floor you can find the main open kitchen (6 hot plates, mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and two fridge) with large dining table. Exit to the garden. One bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the patio. On the same floor, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.

First floor (with exterior staircase): open living/dining room with kitchen corner. One double bedroom, one single bedroom and a shared bathroom with shower.

On the same floor another open kitchen with small living/dining room. Two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower.

Utilities: washing machine, mosquito nets, baby cot and highchair for up to 2 year olds. Possibility of an extra place on the ground floor in sofa bed. Internet (Wi-Fi). Pets/dogs allowed (with extra price). Heating available on request with extra price. Please note: railway line 700 m from the property.

Private garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 140 cm, 01 May - 30 September). Outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house.

Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either: a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.
