The gorgeous villa boasts a large private HEATED pool (5x10/11m with steps and ladder and colour pool lights – see pool heating rates below), and extensive mature garden offering to its residents’ complete privacy to relax and sunbathe. The villa provides free internet access (wi-fi) and billiard.

Zeus Sublime Villa is found in the exclusive private and secluded Sea Caves in the famous Coral Bay, amidst lush greenery, surrounded by banana plantations in the beautiful countryside of Pafos (Paphos). Here one can enjoy sandy beaches, awarded with the prestigious EU Blue Flag for clean waters (2 km away). In Coral Bay there are shops, restaurants, taverns, pubs, banks, etc. (800 m to 3000 m). Likewise, in the nearby traditional village of Pegeia (1.5 km) and the wonderful St. George’s Bay (2 km), you can find all these facilities as well.

The villa is set in walking distance (8-10 min) to the famous shipwreck (see photo) and the nearby bar/grill ('Oniro by the sea'), overlooking the fantastic Sea Caves. Here you can sit and enjoy an unforgettable sunset while enjoying your drink or a lovely dish.

Strolling or driving through banana plantations, one can explore the unique Sea Caves, only 800 m from your holiday home. On the outskirts of the Akamas peninsula, boasting unique scenery and beautiful natural beaches, this lovely, detached villa offers you a chance to escape from it all.

Zeus Sublime Villa is approx.15 km from the main tourist area of Kato Paphos with the Castle and the small fishing harbor where you can enjoy a daily cruise or fishing trip or a meal or drink. Nearby one can explore the Tombs of the Kings, Roman Mosaics and other interesting ruins of historical importance.

This modern-style spacious villa is completed and furnished to high standards. Its design fully harmonizes with the environment in which it is located. Stones from the area have been extensively used for its decoration. The fully detached villa is built on a plot of 1300 sq m, its interior covers 250 sq m and the verandas (covered, uncovered and pool area) 250 sq m.

Ground floor: Spacious attractively furnished lounge area with doors to outside terrace. Steps up to the dining area with doors leading to terrace, and open-plan fitted fully equipped kitchen. Twin bedroom, separate shower room and toilet. Steps to barbecue area located on extensive sun terrace with fantastic views.

Upper floor: Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and doors to outside front private veranda. Double bedroom with en suite shower room. Two twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms.

Lower floor: impressive pool and shaded terrace area with the billiard. Separate whirlpool/jacuzzi and sauna room (extra charge. is not available all over the year).

Coral Bay

A coastal resort in western Cyprus, near Pegeia village, in a short 12 km drive north of Paphos town. It is possibly one of the most stunning holiday resorts in Cyprus and is located a 30-minute drive from Paphos airport

The bay itself is a natural beach spanning 600m in a crescent shape of powdery white sand and has earned itself a European Blue Flag. The beaches here are long and sandy, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The sea has a shallow margin, making it ideal for children to play safely. There are many water sports on offer including water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing. Close to the bay there are banks, mini markets, bars and restaurants and there is a regular bus service to the neighboring resort of Paphos. Coral Bay is a family friendly resort and is ideally situated as a base to explore the rest of the island.

For larger groups

This villa and the villas Apollon Harmony (2 bedrooms-Ref 201), and Dionysus Tranquil (3 bedrooms-Ref 301) are located close to each other and can be rented by larger groups holidaying together. Each one is totally independent with its own large private pool and garden. All three villas are owned by the providers of this website.
