Situated in the village of Prodromi, a short walk from the town of Polis and the Marina of Latchi, the Summer Haven is a fully equipped two-story Town House situated in the Polis Chrysochous Bay area.

The Polis area has been beautifully blessed by nature and combines the beauty of mountains, sea and stunning landscapes, perfect for those seeking relaxation and recreation. Those wishing to escape the stress and routine of daily life will find an ideal place of calm and rest.

The private entrance to The Summer House is accessed through a gate leading into the front garden which is furnished with a large sofa and a separate four-seater table to relax in the warm sunny evenings and for outside dining. The garden has views of the sea and mountains and is set in a quiet agricultural setting of fields, almond and olive trees. Paphos Airport is only 54km away, less than one hour by car and free parking is available outside the property.
 
The front entrance leads to a dining and living room with sofas, a dining table and a large flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix and free Wi Fi.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a double oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and fridge freezer.

Double sliding doors at the rear of the property lead to a patio where guests can relax on the sun terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool and pleasant lawned gardens with seating areas under the shade of orange trees.

On the first floor the spacious staircase and landing has stunning views of the sea and mountains and leads to a furnished balcony with access to the roof. There are two separate bedrooms, the first has sea views and a super king bed and the second has pool views and a double bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

A short walk of 800 metres leads to Polis Beach and a 11-minute walk takes you to the first of many bars and restaurants along the beach leading to Latchi Marina. The nearest mini market is only 600 metres away and the bars, kiosks, restaurants and shops in Prodromi are only a ten-minute walk away. The town of Polis Chrysochous can be reached via a footpath through Prodromi and takes about 20 minutes to walk. If preferred a local bus service provides transport to all towns and villages and car or bike hire is available nearby or can be arranged prior to your arrival.

The Polis Chrysochous Region

Located on the north-west part of Cyprus only one hour from Paphos International Airport, Polis Region is an area full of natural beauty, surrounded by magnificent mountains and the brightest, warm blue seas and amazing beaches. It is an area that offers peace and calm and has maintained its original Cypriot style. It is the ideal place for those seeking active holidays in nature.

The Summer Haven is ideally located between Polis and Latchi and is in easy walking distance of both.

Polis Town

Modern Polis is built on the ruins of two ancient cities, Marion and Arsinoe, dating back almost 3000 years. The town of Polis is very different to Paphos, with its beautiful, paved streets and unspoilt character, quaint sandstone buildings around a pedestrianised town centre with its restaurants, bars and souvenir shops, it is a delightful place to hang out on a summer evening.

Latchi

The small harbour of Latchi is located about three kilometres west from the town of Polis. From the Summer Haven a short 11-minute walk along the main coastal road or via the coastal path on the beach takes you to the first of many restaurants situated on the beach front. Fish restaurants and tavernas, beach bars and shops continue towards the marina and harbour where boat trips are available to The Blue Lagoon.

Argaka

Argaka is about 7 kilometres east from Polis and offers restaurants and tavernas. Argaka is blessed with the most amazing beaches coupled with beautiful views of the mountains.
