The house has all the comforts of current requirements and a rustic decoration in keeping with country life. The farm is equipped with several hectares where you can closely observe the cows with their calves and nature in its purest form a short distance from the urban center. Come visit us and enjoy your rural getaways!

It is an old Catalan farmhouse located on a farm that is located in a privileged area of ​​Les Masies de Voltregà. It rises above the Plana de Vic and offers spectacular panoramic views even on foggy days. It is located a little higher than "La creu del Morral" and is surrounded by fields of pasture for cows and landscapes that hide beautiful places to explore on foot or by mountain bike.​

The building has two floors and an annex. It has its origins in the eighteenth century and was one of the farmhouses of the Mas Serratosa country house, located nearby, and which has its origins documented in the twelfth century.​

The farmhouse is just above the village of St. Hipòlit de Voltregà. The feeling is of being secluded but close enough to be easily accessed by driving 5 minutes down the road or walking 15 minutes.​

A 10-minute drive from Vic, 15 from Ripoll and 20 from Olot, the strategy is clear. You just need to find out where you want to go and from home we will help you prepare your outings and excursions. We have information and satellite wifi. Cleaning and maintenance service twice a week in high season.

LOW LEVEL:​

As soon as we enter we find the living-dining room with a long table for 15-20 people made by ourselves with the old doors of the house that gives this original and aged touch to the space. In the background, the staircase back Catalan takes us to the first floor. But first, on the left the large multipurpose room . There we have created a play area for children, with a two-seater sofa bed and a television. This room has a bathroom with a shower.

On the right hand side of the entrance we find the living room with the fireplace and the beautiful rustic kitchen fully equipped with the necessary appliances and taking care of the rural style of a country house. Integrated into the white marble countertop we find the well. You can see it illuminated through a laminated glass. A detail that we wanted to keep from the house. ​

Each room has its own thermostat.

FIRST FLOOR:

Upon reaching the first floor we find the large distribution room.​

We have four large and comfortable rooms with a careful decoration.​

One of four seats. One double bed and one bunk bed

A two-seater. A double bed. Here we put an extra bed when 13 seats are needed.

Two three-seater. With a double and a single bed.​

Two bathrooms to share, both complete, that you will love for their comfort and design.

Each room has its own thermostat.

EXTERIOR:

From the kitchen we can access the porch  where we have panoramic views of the area. Table to eat and a barbecue!​

In 15 days we started the works to build the pool. We have chosen a sand pool for its versatility and accessibility. There will be a beach for children and adults, benches in the water to rest and soak and a deeper area. We will notify you when it is ready!​

The entire outdoor area is at the disposal of the guests of the house.
