This villa is a historical manor house dating back to 1889, immersed in a 200.000 sqm private park of age-old oaks, ciders and pines.

This luxury retreat, just a step away from Rome (45 minutes), offers you the intimacy of a private residence with a park of historic and landscape significance for your exclusive enjoyment.

The estate is nestled between the Roman Via Cassia and the Via Francigena (famous archeological area*) and is surrounded by airy landscapes and the stunning scenery of Tuscia, the secret jewel of central Italy.

*In our park a magnificent Roman marble sarcophagus (120 a.D.) was found and is now exposed at the Metropolitan Museum in New York.

A combination of understated sophistication with traditional Italian charm

The Relais have been fully restored preserving original elements such as the typical “cotto” floors and the fragrant wooden ceilings, while the antique furnishings create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

The lower level with direct access to the pool area and gardens has vaulted ceilings with two full shower rooms, a cinema and small gym

On the first floor: the hall, the studio, a comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with French window access directly onto the rear garden.

On the second floor: two doubles with king-size beds and two twins offer en-suite facilities. Three extra single bedrooms are perfectly suited for children.

The swimming pool with its Roman style access stairs, the large solarium, the solar shower and the lawns are fenced for children’s safety.

Sports lovers will enjoy our gym facility and many sport centers equipped to play golf and tennis or to go riding or sailing. The area also offers a number of different cycling routes, with archeo-biking and archeo-trekking tours.

We will be happy to help you plan your excursion to Rome and in the surroundings to discover Renaissance palaces, ancient medieval villages and Etruscan necropolises.

Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) – Journey time 70 mins – from Rome Fiumicino Airport FCO, take Via Francesco Paolo Remotti and Via Mario de Bernardi to A91 (1.7km). Follow A91, Grande Raccordo Anulare / A90 North direction Florence and Via Cassia Veientana/SS2bis to SR2 in Roma (48.1km). Continue onto A91 (signs for Roma / Aeroporto di Fiumicino) (11.5km). Take the exit toward Firenze / Aurelia (900mt). Use the left lane to continue toward Grande Raccordo Anulare A/90 (400mt). Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Grande Raccordo Anulare / Aurelia / Cassia / SS2bis / Viterbo and merge onto Grande Raccordo Anulare/A90 (22.3km). Take the SS2 Bis exit toward Cassia Veientana/Viterbo (1.3km). Continue onto Via Cassia Veientana/SS2bis (11.8km). Follow SR2 to Località Trinità in Capranica (36.5km). Turn left onto Via della Trinità (500mt). At the crossroads with Strada Doganale Oriolese turn right (270mt). After 300 mt turn left at the second gate to Relais Villa La Trinità into avenue of pine trees. Drive for 50mt and take right.

Rome Ciampino Airport – Journey time 70 mins – from Rome Ciampino Airport, head north toward Piazza Francesco Baracca (51mt). Exit the roundabout onto the Strada Statale 7 Via Appia ramp to Roma Centro (350mt). Merge onto Strada Statale 7 Via Appia (1.6km). Use the right lane to merge onto A90/E80 via the ramp to Tuscolana / Napoli-Firenze / L’Aquila / Pescara (350mt). Continue to SR2 (39.9km). Merge onto A90/E80 (27.1km). Use the right 2 lanes to take the SS2bis / Cassia Veientana exit toward Vallelunga / Viterbo (1.0km). Continue onto Via Cassia Veientana/SS2bis (11.8km). Florence Airport, Peretola – Journey time 158 mins – from Florence Airport Peretola get on SGC Firenze-Pisa-Livorno from Viadotto Indiano (4.3km). Drive from A1/E35 to Viterbo. Take exit Viterbo Sud from SS675 (227km). Follow SR2 to Località Trinità in Capranica (16.5km). Take right to Strada Braccianese Claudia toward Vico Matrino and immediately take left onto Strada Doganale Oriolese. Drive for 400mt and turn right into avenue of pine trees. Drive for 50 mt and turn right.

Payment Policy
Balance due by 90 days before departure and in case of booking after 90 days from departure., Check-in: from 04:00 pm until 07:00 pm (unless otherwise previously agreed), Check-out: until 10:00 am, Deposit 50% of the full rental price to reserve the property; balance 90 days prior to arrival. If booking within 90 days, full payment is due at time of booking. NOTE: - Validity: weekly rates above will keep in force from subscription date of the contract till possible changes to be agreed by November 30th each year. - Services Included: weekly rental of the villa, taxes (VAT), 2 hours cleaning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, final cleaning, electricity. - Services Excluded: anything not explicitly included. - Extra Services: * Heating: upon consumption (€ 5,00 / mc. Liquid Propane Gas). * Extra Maid: € 20,00 / hour. * Breakfast: € 10,00 / pax (with a minimum of € 50,00). * Cooking: professional chefs can be reserved upon demand (cost per event ranging between € 200,00 - € 250,00 + food&beverage upon tax receipts). - Swimming Pool: opened from 7 May - 17 September, 2022
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 days or more before arrival 50% of rental. Cancellation within 90 days full rental fee is payable. (Please consider rental insurance). During these dire COVID 19 times our cancellation policy may be amended to allow for a credit to be issued against a future stay. Please ask us.
