We are in La Bruna di Perugia, a quiet and strategic area to reach the villages and the cities of art of Umbria. In the radius of 25/30 km Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Montone, Spello, Città di Castello, Lake Trasimeno and other beautiful places and villages. Possibility of hiking and cycling in the unspoilt nature of the Umbrian hills. You can reach an excellent restaurant on foot and a few kilometres away you will find the Antognolla golf course. Swimming pool, park, private parking for exclusive use.

The space

The entire property is at guests' complete disposal and for their exclusive use. In the house there is a living room with lounge, 47'' TV and dining area, two double bedrooms, both with a balcony overlooking the garden and the pool (cot children on request), a bathroom, a small kitchen. Near the house there is an adjoining studio with large kitchen area, dining area with 32'' sofa bed and bathroom. All the rooms have air conditioning and numerous windows that make them very bright. Wooden canopy with outdoor dining table. Large garden park with swimming pool 6x12, depth from m.1.20 to m.2.40 with diving trampoline and area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Gazebo with ping pong table. Ample free and private parking. The entire property is fully fenced.

Guest access

The entire structure, accommodation, park-garden, swimming pool, parking is at guests' complete disposal and for their exclusive use.

Other things to note

If necessary, the host must access the garden park to maintain the greenery and clean the pool. Smoking is not allowed in the interior spaces of the house.

Provate a chiudere gli occhi... Immaginatevi un parco curatissimo con ulivi, piante aromatiche e fiori colorati.... Una piscina che di solito si è abituati a vedere nelle riviste.... Una villetta rifinita con grande cura.... Un patio dove rilassarsi con di fronte le fantastiche colline umbre...e poi immaginate di avere a pochi km i più bei borghi d'Italia dove poter mangiare prelibatezze e degustare dell'ottimo vino...ecco ora apriteli e troverete Antonio e Brunella che renderanno realtà tutto ciò che avete appena immaginato....

It is an absolutely perfect place for a good vacation. The house is well equipped and pleasant to live in. The pool is kept crazy clean and the garden is very nice with flowers and vegetables. There is a very good restaurant just down the road and the area invites to shorter treks. Antonio and Brunella are perfect hosts and made an extra effort to make our stay even better. We give our warmest recommendations!

We had a wonderful time at the house of Brunella and Antonio. The house itself was fully equipped, especially in combination with the annex right next to the main house. The garden is amazing: large and very well maintained and also includes the perfect swimming pool. But the most appreciated aspect was the hospitality and kindness of Brunella and Antonio. From the minute we arrived they made us feel at home in a way we have seldom experienced. We therefore highly recommend this house for a great and relaxing stay. And Antonio extra tip: the house is located next to a great restaurant!

We had a wonderful time in the peaceful, cosy and most beautiful Casa di Nelly. Antonio and Brunella are wonderful hosts. They have been very welcoming and considerate from the moment we arrived until our departure. The garden is gorgeous, even more than you can guess by looking at the pictures. Everything is designed to please the eyes, and the atmosphere is magical at every hours thanks to the lovely garden lights. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool : its length and depth make it perfect for swimming and diving. And big plus : it is sanitized with salt instead of chlorine which makes it so softer for the skin and avoid the chlorine pervasive smell. The patio and sunbed are so welcoming we almost never wanted to leave them, and the two houses are clean, modern and well equipped. We particularly appreciated the very functional and easy to use kitchen of the annex. Antonio and Brunella’s many little attentions made this stay even more magical. We highly recommend it, and hope to visit again soon !
