The farmhouse located in an enchanting position, on a hill 150 meters above sea level.

The company has an area of 21 hectares and is located behind the Cinque Terre National Park, in the center of the Gulf of Poets in an uncontaminated natural area among olive groves and terraced vineyards with dry stone walls and woods where many wild animals live permanently such as buzzards, foxes, badgers and wild boars. The welcome is offered in apartments, rooms and suites with sea view, located in stone cottages some of which date back to the seventeenth century, renovated in full respect of the original architecture, with stone fireplaces, antique furniture, equipped kitchens, air conditioning and panoramic terraces.

Outside, a large porch with wood-burning oven and barbecue allow you to enjoy appetizing grilled in joy.

For our little guests there is an outdoor playground, table tennis.

Your 4-legged friends of any breed and size are welcome.

The two panoramic swimming pools, one of which with whirlpool and waterfall, offer moments of absolute relaxation in summer. In the swimming pool area there is a room with sea view and free Wi-Fi internet access.

PRICES INCLUDE • Use of the outdoor swimming pools with whirlpool and waterfall (open from April to October) • Initial and final cleaning (excluding dishes) • Use of the common outdoor patio with wood oven and barbecue • Bed linen with weekly change and bathroom with twice weekly change • Use of the fully equipped kitchen and television in each apartment • Consumption of water and electricity • Car parking • LPG gas (for heating, hot water and kitchen use) • Air conditioning/heat pump • Wi-Fi internet connection from common area, PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE • City tax € 2.50 per person over the age of 16 per night (max 5 nights), ON DEMAND • Wood for fireplaces (in some apartments) € 5.00 per day • Baby bed € 6.00 per day • Pets € 7.00 per day • Breakfast € 8.00 per person • Non-overnight guests € 15.00 per day • Extra cleaning € 15.00 • Extra bed € 20.00 per night, Laundry service (washing and drying) 10.00 euros/cycle., ARRIVALS: from 16:00 no later than 20:00 (the reception is closed from 13:00 to 14:30 and from 21:30 to 8:30 the next morning).
