Exquisitely furnished and meticulously restored, my space boasts original wood flooring, high ceilings, 2 uber comfortable bedrooms … one a loft with a queen bed, 135cm x 200 cm, and the other with two large oversized American style California single/full beds 105cm x 200 cm, which can be placed apart or together. A fully configured gas German AEG kitchen. Brand new maxi sized bathroom with electronic touch shower controls. Full American style AC and thermostatic gas heating (a Godsend in winter and summer). Highest quality Tempur bedding and hotel style linens for your uninterrupted slumber after exploring this wonderful city! Blazingly fast fiber optic internet.

Located in Almagro, one of the most upscale, centrally located neighborhoods in Madrid. Steps from Calle de Zurbano's cafes shops and restaurants, Calle de Serrano’s and Paseo del la Castellana’s hyper trendy shopping and restaurant mecca. Payment Policy
For stays more than 7 days additional cleaning fee of €90., No parties or get-together of any type are permitted. No outside guests. At check-in each adult must provide a government id (non EU citizens must provide passport used to enter the EU). Quiet time 24 hours-7 Days, Zero noise 10 p.m. - 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. every day., One person in party must be at least 21 years old with valid id upon check in **any exceptions to this rule must be confirmed in writing by host prior to check-in, The loft bedroom queen bed requires that you enter the sleeping space via a ladder., Lost key fee is €150, Smoking fee is between €150-500 and you will be requested to leave immediately as per Airbnb rules. There is no smoking anywhere in the flat including the bathroom and balconies.. Children may be allowed but must be approved by host prior to reserving., Normal check-in is between 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; later check-in may be arranged and may incur a nominal fee. You will be advised in writing once you provide your check-in time., The apartment only has bedding for 4 persons; the apartment is NOT set up for any additional persons. The sofa MAY NOT BE USED for sleeping as it is a high-end Italian sofa. There is a futon in the loft bedroom which may be set up as bedding (5th person) for an additional charge and this must be arranged prior to check-in., Do not leave glasses bottles etc. on marble or wood tables or on the kitchen counters as these stain. Do not cut anything directly on the tables or counters without using a cutting board as these leave permanent marks. Any hot pans may not be placed directly on the counter. The guest assumes costs for any damage., Luxury Flats is a residential apartment; it is not designed as a coworking space with outside guests. If you plan on using the apartment for coworking, this must be approved (including additional charges) by the host prior to your arrival Otherwise, it is not allowed.
