Description
The villa has wonderful sea views and overlooks the Bay of Canyelles. The house is situated in the hills of Lloret de Mar, in a cul-de-sac between lively Lloret and tranquil Tossa de Mar.

Just in time for the 2019 season, our guests can expect a new 10m x 4.5m pool with jacuzzi

The 1200 square meter property is completely fenced.

The heated pool with sea views invites you to relax and unwind with its sun loungers.

This is a holiday home with two separate floors. The house is suitable for 2 families who are friends and want to have their own private living area, but also want to spend time together, for example at the pool or on one of the many terraces.

Youth groups are not welcome in our house.

In the upper apartment there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

In the lower apartment there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

In the pool area there is also an outside toilet and a shower with cold and warm water as well as a covered terrace with a lounge area.

A table can be set up both in the covered patio and on the sunny pool terrace, where you can sit with up to 20 people.

Our house has wonderful sea views and overlooks Canyelles Bay.

The house is situated in the hills of Lloret de Mar, between lively Lloret and tranquil Tossa de Mar.

The house has 2 BBQs. If you want to relax in the evening, here you can end the day with a nice glass of wine with the wonderful view of the sea and the lights of Cayelles.

In just a few minutes by car you are in lively Lloret de Mar, which has everything to offer for big and small, young and old, or you can drive to tranquil Tossa de Mar with its ancient castle.

The nearest bathing bay is 2.5 km away and has two restaurants with sun terraces and a small marina.

For hikers there are fantastic hiking trails along the Costa Brava with a view of the bizarre rocks of the coast and a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea

We stayed at Casa Pollino in the beginning of June. We were a group of 14 persons including 4 kids. The house was very spacious and very well equipped. There were a lot of toys for the kids in the house that they loved. The area around the swimming pool is large with enough sunbeds for everyone. The only issue we had was that the pool was a bit colder than expected despite being heated. Overall we had a fantastic holiday at Casa Pollino.

The place is ideal for holidays with family or friends. The villa is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of Lloret Del Mar. The villa is clean, well laid out and well equipped. Very nice view of the mountains and the sea, in short, a magical place for holidays that will always be too short!

Our group of 14 really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We didn't miss anything. The pool area is great, the location is fantastic. Communication with Cristina was quick and uncomplicated. She was very friendly and helpful. Everything was there for a perfect holiday. We'd love to come back. Definitely recommendable !
