1 hour from Nice airport, 30 km from the sea, the Pays de Fayence, is located in the hinterland of Fréjus-Saint Raphaël, it is a privileged place for relaxing or sporting holidays (golf, tennis , hiking) or tourism.

The villa is located in Fayence in a residential area 4 km from the center of the old village and 2 km from all shops.

Completely closed, with a private and secure swimming pool, the property is located on a plot of 2010 m2 partially wooded with oaks and pines, it is an ideal place to stay for family holidays with babies and young children. All equipment is provided for the comfort and rest of the tenants.

The central bastide is on 2 levels of 70 m2, surrounded by large tiled terraces, partially covered or shaded by a trellis. At the level of the garden and the swimming pool: living room with fireplace, TV lounge-library, WIFI, entrance and WC. Equipped kitchen, with central island and dining area, open to the living room by a sliding door, completed by the scullery which houses a washing machine, ovens, small appliances and storage.

Upstairs: Four air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 en-suite bedroom with bathroom and WC, 2 bedrooms with shared shower room, 4th bedroom-living room with balcony, separate WC upstairs.

The pool is secured by a fence with an automatic gate and an electric shutter. On the beach, there are deckchairs and parasols and a small shaded lounge under the pergola.

With its large terraces, partially sheltered from the sun, the outdoor living space consists of a summer kitchen equipped with gas griddle and dining areas.

Shaded car parks, children's play area with slide, ping-pong table.

This villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Linen rental and cleaning on request.

Payment Policy
Arrival: Between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. For the good organization of your stay, please inform us in advance of your arrival and departure times. Departure: Between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. The reservation 30%, balance 45 days before the day of arrival, €1,000 security deposit, SPECIAL OFFER : decreasing rate in September and October for stays longer than 3 weeks, Tourist tax €2.53 per day per person >18 years old. Mandatory cleaning fee 120€. Option Bed linen and toilet package €20 per person (beds made on arrival).
