Terms & Conditions
Cancellation and / or renunciation of the stay : In case of cancellation of the stay by the client, the communication must be received in writing; we will try to do our best to meet the needs of the customer by moving the booking, but if this is not possible, proceed as follows:
For cancellations received within the 40th day prior to arrival no penalty; the deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made between the 40th day and the expected arrival date, a penalty of 30% of the total agreed amount will be applied.
In case of no show will be due the full amount of the stay.
