The Sunshine Hotel is a place of a small family Complex with a capacity of 110 people. It Concists of a building "Hotel" and a building of "Apts", but also the pool area that is located just behind these buildings. All common areas and most of the rooms where renovated for the season 2017, with a very stylish and modern decoration. It is suitable for couples or group of friends because the rooms has either 2 single beds or 1 double bed.

About The Rooms
For every room you have a balcony, move over you have your own AC/payable in resort. Safety Deposit boxes are either avaliable in the rooms or at the reception area. Ironing facilities and hairdryer are avaliable for free! Maid sevice every day exept Sundays. Linen and towels avaliable in the Hotel. All rooms have their own fridge for you to use. TV is also avaliable in most rooms with satelite channels. There is an organised reception in the building with opening hours from 8:00 in the morning until 12:00 in the evening, for anything you will need. We will be happy to answer for every question you have and make your holidays as unforgetable as we can. WI-FI payable in rooms is avaliable.

Breakfast continetal is served every morning for you. 

Location
The location of Sunshine Hotel is ideal because it combines the town center with quietness. The soundings of the Hotel are very calm and relaxing although it is sutuated exactly in the center of Malia town.

5' minutes of walking for the old town of Malia where you can enjoy your walk in the narrow streets or enjoy a relaxing dinner. From the other side 5' minutes walk in the crowded Malia beach road where you can visit famous night clubs & bars.

Many different beaches are exactly next to you. The closest is just 600-700 meters from us. Moreover the bus station is just 150 meters from our hotel!

Also you are only 30 minutes drive from the airport or the port of Heraklion, and bus service is avaliable!

There is a Snack Bar in the pool area where you can enjoy food and drinks from the early morning until sunset! In the pool bar you can find a big screen TV, pool table and free sun lounges.

Big variety of breakfasts, snacks, drinks & Coktails are served!

Moreover for those who love to wake up early in the morning, we serve continetal breakfast in our 2017 renovated restaurant from very early in the morning!

Note: IT IS WITH AN EXTRA CHARGE OF 7 EURO A DAY , CRETAN  BOUFET BIG ONE. FROM 8 UNTIL 10:30 IN THE MORNING.
