The place is ideal for families with kids of all age, the garden area surrounding the house is safe and fully fenced, kids are safe. There are some animals in the farm within fenced areas with no access to the garden around the house.

please respect house and its contents!
In winter period heating/gas consumption is charged separately 1,50 Euro per KW/h.
Holiday taxes 1 Euro per person per day
Pets allowed: €50 per pet per stay.
