This beautifully furnished apartment is ideal for couples and families up to 5 and provides the perfect base for exploring and enjoying Lake Como.
Guests are accommodated in the master bedroom and in the second bedromm, both with a breath-taking lake view. A cot (sixth bed) for babies can be also provided upon request.
The spacious open plan lake view living room provides a fabulous space in which to relax and entertain in a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV-sat. Free unlimited wi-fi connection is also provided. It has a brand-new bathroom with marble accents.
It has a beautiful lake-front view garden and terrace with gazebo and BBQ where guests can have outdoor dinner and relax. Stairs (approx no. 30 steps in total) are necessary to get into the apartment. This is a very common condition at Como Lake, since most houses are built over the mountains/hills and are ancient building, without an elevator.
Free private parking available in the building just adjacent to the Villa (not fine for big cars).
Update 28 Jan 2018: An additional covered parking spot suitable for big cars (4 meters width) is now also available, upon request. A surcharge of 5 euro per day is requested for the use of this parking spot.
Villa Peroni can be also reached by ferry boat, bus or private taxi.
The villa is conveniently located in a quiet area but adjacent to the centre of the village. Guests can so easily reach the amenities of beautiful ancient Argegno, which is situated along the south western shore of Lake Como.
Through a safe pedestrian street, guests can easily and quickly reach by walking:
- ferry boat station and bus stop (150 meters)
- authentic recommended Italian restaurants, cafés, wine-bars, bakeries, ice cream shop, pharmacy and other shops (150 meters)
- Lido with swimming pool and restaurant (300 meters)
- boat rental (400 meters)
- cable car station for Pigra, basis for beautiful mountain day trips (600 meters)
A frequent passenger ferry boat and bus service run from Argegno and guests can easily explore all the lake area, even without using the car. The famous Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna as well as Como and renowned Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and Comacina Island are all easily reachable in few minutes. Argegno is 60 kilometres from Milan and 40 from Lugano.
The apartment has been recently completely renovated and it is located in a ancient villa with a lakefront beautiful garden and terrace. It has a stunning lake view from all windows and is conveniently located in a quiet area but adjacent to the centre of the village. Private parking available.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Peroni for three nights. The village of Argegno is so quaint and their place is just a few minutes away from the town square, ferry and bus stop. The apartment was very clean and Cristina was fantastic in her communication with us before arrival and then settling us into the apartment. She gave us some handy tips for around the area and was very helpful. We would recommend to anyone who would love to wake up to glorious views! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
The apartment is lovely, clean and spacious, but the view is what makes the villa so special. There is incredible scenery from every window. Also an easy walk to the town center and ferry from the villa. The parking garage is nice to have but be sure you’re driving a small, compact car. It is quite tight! Overall I would highly recommend. Argegno is a nice little town and the villa is the perfect place for a long or short stay.
This space is beautiful! Perfect villa experience on Lake Como. Views are incredible, and Argegno is a sweet town. La Piazzetta is fabulous for a meal.
We had a great stay at the villa. The view is so great and the place is really comfy and clean. Definitely stay there again in our next trip to lake como. However, you might need a flashlight if you want to go the the car park because the garden lights will be off automatically before the time you get back to the villa.

An amazing apartment in a stunningly beautiful and serene location, with breathtaking views. We opted for the picturesque medieval town of Argegno, with its 650 inhabitants, as Como is way too busy and has too much hustle and bustle going on. Ferries come every 20 or so minutes, so you can go see many other locations from this apartment. Thanks very much, we had a great stay!
The apartment is Perfect !!! modern and with all conveniences. Loved sitting on the small balcony looking at the mountains and water changing all the time. Agegno itself is small but with good restaurants and ferry services. We dined at La Piazzetta a few times and La Barchetta which were fantastic and don't forget the gelato in the Piazza. Absolutely amazing. The apartment is clean and bright, with a breathtaking lakeview. Ale and Stefy were perfect hosts and communication with them was easy. Best Airbnb experience ever. Truly recommended.
Ale and Stefy's home is simply amazing. The pictures don't do it justice, both the interior of the apartment and the spectacular views of the lake and mountains. It's in an amazing village that is not touristy and very picturesque. The house has everything you need. They had a baby cot for our toddler when we arrived all set up along with a high chair. The place was extremely clean and the WiFi worked great. I've stayed at many Airbnb homes and I give this apartment the highest recommendation--it's one of the best I've stayed at.
