UNIQUE ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
The house itself is unique semi-earthhouse curved into the slope of an old olive grove. It is part of a perfect circle with walls of huge window from floors to ceilings. All to take in the surroundings.
COMMON LOUNGE/LIVING ROOM
In the lounge there are four hughes sofas, additional armchairs to make sure all fit in. Just hang around, watch a film (Netflix) or read a book. A nice place to read your book sipping on your favourite tea.
Here is also three desk units if you need to sit well while catching up on your email - using your own computer.
COMMON DINING ROOM
Enjoy your meals at our big dining table in the open plan dining room/kitchen or outside on the terrace. The kitchen has all equipment needed. 2 dishwashers, 2 regular ovens, 2 microwave ovens, 1 large fridge and 1 large freezer. There are toasters, blender and a juicer.
TRAIN IN A 25 METER POOL OR IN A GYM WITH A VIEW
The pool is a 3 lanes 25 meter training pool. Easy to access using the large stair goin into the pool.
The house has a gym, with a view looking out on the countryside. It doesn't have machines, but plenty of yoga mats and some free weights and kettlebells. There is also alot of swim-stuff.
YOUR GUESTROOM
The rooms are facing the garden and pool area and you enter the rooms from outside with your own entrance. Each room has a large double bed. Let the owner know in advance what your prefer, you can have a choice of 2 separate beds or 1 large bed unit with one big madras, for your comfort. Four bedrooms have two 90 cm wide beds (180 together). Four bedrooms have two 100 cm beds (2 meter together).
Each guestroom has its own bath(shower). The house is using the natural coolness being placed in the slope and each room has a fixed fan in the ceiling. In the house there is an air circulation unit, which keep the air fresh in all the rooms at all time. The house is facing north and has a natural cooling by being a semi earth-house and the owners have chosen not to use air-condition since they prefer it without.
THE SURROUNDINGS - VINEYARDS AND OLIVE GROVES
In this rural area with mainly grape and olive fields your eyes will rest on beautiful sceneries. In one direction you will see the mountains in the background and in the other the sea. Want to take walks in the area. Go ahead!
THE OWNERS WILL PROVIDE A GUIDE FOR YOU TO LOCATE THE HIDDEN GEMS
The house is built for renting out to large groups or for different types of activity groups/week. This means that the owner know most of what to do in the area. From where to rent the best bikes, where to eat, what to see and what trekking route to choose.
It takes 10 minutes to drive to the east to the sea with sandy beaches. In less than an hour drive you reach the national park in the magnificant Majella mountain with a lot of hiking trails. There is waterpark close by, a golf course and lots of great restaurants.
The owners have a private apartment on the side of the structure.
ONE THIRD OF ABRUZZO IS NATIONAL PARKS!
There are plenty of things to do in the area. Biking, trekking, horseback riding, rafting, adventure parks, water park, seaside of course, golf course, sightseeing in close by villages/towns, the Sunday market in Casalbordino, all the great restaurants and agriturismos.
THE OWNERS WILL SEND YOU TRAVEL DIRECTION
We recommend all our guests to go by car. There are buses, but they are NOT outside our entrance. We will send you direction and coordinates.

CLOSEST AIRPORT Abruzzo Airport: 42.6 km Ancona - ca 2 hrs drive Rome Ciampino - ca 2,5 hrs drive - Rome Fiumicino - ca 3 hrs drive It is a beautiful drive from Rome over the Majella mountains to the Adriatic coast. The roads are very good.

Advance payment / deposit: 30% of the total cost at booking to confirm booking. The contract is confirmed by the owner upon receipt of the deposit.
The deposit will be done by bank wire transfer. Only once the deposit has been credited, the house will be considered booked and this agreement will be considered approved. The deposit will not be returned upon cancellation if the cancellation is done after 90 days before arrival.
Final payment will be made latest one week before arrival via bank transfer (need to be available on account to receive key).
A security deposit of 400 € should be paid when receiving keys, and will be returned at check-out.
In case of damages caused by guests to objects and things (belonging to the house) - a compensation for the damage will be determined upon check-out.
Arrivals and departures: Arrival after 4 p.m. and departure before 10.30.
