There are many restaurants where you can eat very closely with quality and varied prices. If you want to eat relatively well, with varied dishes, try the Local Self-Service Verde Minho (good and cheap)or Três Palmeiras restaurant ( a fine and beautifull place to eat fish or meat). A place name Guia, about 7 km, has a typical dish: 'Chicken of the Guia.' If you have time to explore the Algarve is convenient to have a car (own or rented). Take a drive to Marinas de Albufeira and Vilamoura. Take a day to visit the Zoomarine. We recommend a visit to the Ria Formosa (beaches and boat trip to see the wildlife of the estuary itself). If you like, have water parks nearby and a beautiful golf course at Salgados beach or Pine Cliffs resort (about 4 to 5 Km).
PAYMENT POLICY
The prices indicated on the price list are fixed for a maximum occupancy of 6 people. For occupancy of 7-8 persons the price list 27€ per person per day. Are not eligible missions contractual rights or sublet in whole or in part, without the written permission of the owner. Payment of water and electricity according to consumption in winter season. Will be paid 40% of the total value at the time of booking. Remaining 60% 15 days prior to occupancy. The refundable security deposit (450€) will be made with the 60%. Do not accept checks. Payments must be made by bank transfer. Security deposit Refund: until 15 days after departure.
We have Transfer from airport to the villa for 50€ till 8 persons with luggage.
CHECK IN from 15:00. CHECK OUT until 10:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, refund of 75% of the signal up to 60 days before the start of the lease; 50% of the signal up to 45 days prior to rental. Total loss from there.

The guest must inform if anything is damage. The caution money will be used if anything is broken.
The trash and cans must be put in the street garbage before check-out. The deposit will be used if the guest soiling the house and patio or pool. The guarantee will be used in case of garbage and objects left either in the pool or the yard or inside the house - value of 100 €
It is not allowed to climb to the roof. It is not allowed to dive headfirst into the pool to avoid unnecessary accidents .
Adults should envision the games of children in the courtyard and pool. Children must be accompanied by adults near the pool .

Great location! We didnt meet the host in person, however she responds very quickly. Easy check-in and Ana offers a cheap and reliable transport service.
Fine place for a group of people who like to relax and enjoy the nighlife. Close to the strip and beach.
Great location for the nightlife and good communication from the host. Also easy check in and offers transport to and from the airport. The area is quite noisy with lots of surrounding apartments having late night parties etc so something to keep in mind for families.
The house is exactly as in the pictures and has more space around the house than we expected! the pool was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. Ana was very helpful and reacted really fast
