The space
Located in middle of Sofia, 500 m from Council of Ministers Building and 500 m from Banya Bashi Mosque, Our place offers free WiFi, beautiful views and brand new luxurious, comfortable interior. Bedroom with a queen size bed, working space, big wardrobe and TV, living room with Cable TV, big pullout sofa which turns the space in an additional bedroom if needed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, a fridge and all necessary appliances, a fully equipped bathroom with contemporary design.

We are available on the spot, as much as our guests would need us to. We can provide directions and suggest places to visit, places to eat, exchange currency, find a proper transportation service or answer any question our guests might have.

Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

Splendid flat with a brilliant location! 3 minutes walking distance from the Opera house and 6-7 minutes from Alexander Nevski's church and in the same time on a very quiet street, which gives you the advantage of having a perfect rest. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Definitely recommend it!!!
Delyana & Damyan were very nice and helpful hosts, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic, lots of interesting sights were within walking distance. Absolutely recommended, and i can't wait to go back soon!
The apartment is well located in a nice old building in the Centre if Sofia. It is fully refurbished with a nice rain shower and super clean. Walking distance to most attractions and to the metro to airport. The only inconvenience may be tahtvit us on fifth floor with no elevator for those with mobility problems. Danyan was swiftly communicating and allowed for a late check out. Thank you
Very clean and stylish place, literally meters away from the city center. Everything was exactly as described. Damyan is a very nice guy and responded to all my requests in a fraction of the time. Didn't have the chance to meet Delyana, but maybe next time. Thank you for the pleasant experience!
A great place to stay in downtown Sofia. The apartment is modern, very clean and on top of that you get a great city view, what's not to love! The apartment is in the city center and everything is in a walking distance from there. Thank you, Delyana and Damyan for responding on such short notice and for the hospitality you showed me.
