The house SCHATZER - a place of the senses and tranquility. Located on the sunny southern slope in the mountain village St.Peter / Villnösstal. In 2018 after 20 years of renting, we have now redesigned all apartments. Old treasures were preserved and new created. We used noble materials and woods of the environment (ZIRBENHOLZ, LÄRCHENHOLZ u.WILDBIRNBAUMHOLZ) which were lovingly transformed by local artisans into valuable FURNITURE. Modern accents in the form of stainless steel small furniture, additionally provide a contemporary symbiosis. Idea and design come from the host of the host family SCHATZER.

SCHATZER A HOUSE COMBINES THE SOLID WITH MODERN DESIGN AND HARMONIOUSLY COORDINATED COLOR SCHEME. (NEW REN.2018)
The bright apartments are designed with massive larches of larch wood. All FURNITURE were lovingly made by local craftsmen and consist of valuable materials such as CIRCLES and LARCH from the local forests, combined with fine furniture made of STAINLESS STEEL. The entire DESIGN of the interior design, WALL PAINTING, PICTURES, ART, etc. come from Peter Schatzer. Loggia and private garden areas provide a connection with nature and direct views of the grandiose group of geeks DOLOMITES.

Equipment: 2 bedrooms in solid ZIRBELHOLZ, .Naturbeleassene wood floors with massive PLANKS from larch wood. 2 safes, spacious living area, 2 kitchenettes with induction stove tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators with freezer, large dining table in solid larch wood. Small furniture in fine STAINLESS STEEL.Washing troughs made of Corian and bathroom furniture made of wild pear wood. 2 bathrooms with shower / WC, 2 pull-out sofabeds in the living room for another 2 persons, 2 TV, WLAN. For additional persons (sofa bed in the living area) we charge € 20 per night and person
Child discount:
0-3 years free 4-5 years (discount) = 10 € per day 6-12 years (discount) = 13 € per day
For the final cleaning we charge 50 € once The prices are per night and apartment for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Less than 4 nights we charge an extra charge of 8 € per person / night. Reservations are only binding after receipt of the agreed deposit. Arrival from 15:00 to 18:00 departure within 10:00.
