The villa is 2-minute away from the nearest village with all the local facilities, such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, take-away and small shops, with local organic and fresh products.

This villa is stylish, contemporary, airy, environmentally conscious and perfectly integrated with an awe-inspiring landscape. With its large-sized windows, the breathtaking exterior scenery becomes the canvas of the open-plan living rooms. The construction and design is superb, as well as the finishing with extensive use of modern ceramics, wood, parquet and marble flooring. The design in the ground floor links the kitchen, living room and the dining room to a large shaded poolside terrace that becomes the focus for activities, entertainment and relaxation.

The kitchen is part of an open-plan design that allows for a wonderful dining experience inside, in the living and dining area, or outside in the covered terrace, while watching the sunset in the Ocean or under the stars. This social space combines modernity, elegance and functionality, blending stainless steel countertops and marble flooring, being fully equipped with glass-and-wood cabinets with the indispensable accessories, linen and stainless steel appliances, such as a smooth surface 4-element electric cooktop, an oven, a large fridge/freezer, and a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, which can brew a large selection of tasty flavors of coffee and tea, and kitchen linen. The kitchen space encourages casual interaction, and provides a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean - even when cooking. You may also want to have a wonderful dining experience in the comfort of the villa, while a private Chef cooks your meal.

Elegantly furnished, in neutral colors and with subtle lighting, the large sized 4 bedrooms suites are designed to complement the peaceful and laid back ambiance of the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms display an ensuite bathroom and direct communication to terraces and garden. Bedrooms are relaxed and cozy, with air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers and selected bed linen, firm orthopedic mattresses and charming cushions for the best nights’ sleep. Towels for the bathroom as well as a choice of products for your personal care are available for your best convenience.

The villa has an exclusive and comfortable game room with wii, snooker table, table football, table games, Bluetooth speakers, children toys and a dancing area for endless fun.

Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi Internet access is available in the villa and the garden. The usage is unlimited. LCD TV, stereo, Bluetooth speakers, DVD player and a selection of DVDs and books are also available for your entertainment.

Generous poolside terrace and garden provide ample space for alfresco dining, with BBQ area for 8 or more for a more authentic cooking experience, 5 burner-gas BBQ grill and traditional coal BBQ, comfortable seating, poolside fun and relaxation. The pool is large (10m x 5m), eco-friendly, saltwater treated, heated, and perfect for entertainment all year long.

A selection of games is available inside the villa and in the garden area, for children and adults to experience, including a trampoline, darts, boules and table tennis.

Aesthetically located in the Protected Reserve, the architecture of the villa is perfectly integrated with its rustic, serene natural neighborhood. The 1-hectare fenced property area is divided into two sections, including in one section the villa, the pool and a landscaped garden, and in the other section vineyards, fruit trees, a green house, a birds house, a pond and a gazebo. The driveway takes you directly to the entrance of the villa and the gate is easily activated with remote control. The villa also includes a large private 4-car parking spot.

Although the property has direct access to the residential peaceful street, there is no background traffic noise and the closest main road is sufficiently beyond earshot. The villa sits on a private lot, and the pool and garden are not visible from neighbor villas.

It is perfectly located for those who want to enjoy the beautiful beaches, unspoiled landscape, and for those who enjoy golf, water sports, hiking, mountain biking, and horse riding.

Sintra and the coast Atlantic area are deservedly one of Portugal’s greatest traveler magnets. The region also has a booming gastronomical and wine tasting culture, with dozens of restaurants and cafes tucked away.

You will find pristine and breathtaking beaches and fresh seawater pools in the vicinity of our villa, such as Praia das Macas, Azenhas do Mar, and Praia Grande, the internationally famous Portuguese capital for water sports (only 7 minutes away) and Cabo da Roca, the most western point in Europe (20 minutes away). The beautiful sandy shoreline of our area is a hotspot for surfers from many parts of the world. You can also find several professional surf schools in the nearby beaches of Praia das Macas and Praia Grande with equipment for rent. 

Ericeira, a world-class surf zone and the only World Surfing Reserve in Europe, is 25 minutes away. The biggest wave in history was ridden in Nazare, a mere hour away to the North (see the Guinness Book of World Records). For the above reasons, our region is probably the finest stretch of surfing destination in Europe.

Cascais and Estoril are only 20 minutes away. The atmospheric old town of Cascais displays a lively center, with its classical architecture, museums, shops, cafes, restaurants, a vibrant nightlife, and a marvelous marina and promenade by the sea. Estoril is a major tourist destination with the grand Estoril Casino, the largest casino in Europe. The writer Ian Fleming was inspired to create his legendary hero, James Bond, based upon the intrigue and events that played out in the historic casino.

Portugal’s capital Lisbon is one of the world's most scenic cities and is only 35 kms away from the villa. This superb city has been named the fourth most beautiful city in the world by travel website Urban City Guides, which places it in the top 10 of the most alluring cities on the planet. Enjoy the relaxed nightlife, dine in restaurants with typical Portuguese food or a Michelin star, or visit the magnificent historical and cultural sites in Lisbon.
