WHO WE ARE Our preference for Italy has always been there, finding a suitable home took years. Started in Marche, but settled in Piedmont, at the end of 2017 we bought 'Crose'.
An old farmhouse on a 500m high hilltop with 16 hectares of land. Rolling hills and a beautiful view towards the Ligurian coast. With lavender field and soon also bees to make honey. This beautiful place we call home, together with our 3 children and the necessary animals (dog, cat and rabbit). Experience a wonderful holiday with us at Agriturismo Crose .
WHAT WE OFFER
An agriturismo and glamping site with swimming pool in Spigno Monferrato in Piedmont (Italy) We rent lodge tents or apartments that are fully furnished Agriturismo Crose is small-scale : hospitality and a personal approach are our priority Agriturismo Crose is eco-friendly by being self-sufficient, collecting rainwater and renovate sustainable with natural materials.
The eco-lodge tents that we rent are surrounded by nature on a hilltop, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday. We also rent a special dog lodge tent with fenced ground (1.70 m height) The apartments each have their own entrance and private terraces with beautiful views.
Important: Our agriturismo is completely non-smoking, dogs are allowed at Agriturismo Crose
Apartments
The apartments are located in the right-hand part of the farm.
Apartment Fiore (70 m2) is 5-person and includes:
-own entrance
- practically furnished neat kitchen
- attractive bathroom, towels are provided
- lots of light through spacious window arches with beautiful views
- master bedroom with extra long beds (2.10 m),
- children's bedroom (2nd floor, loft)
- outdoor terrace with garden chairs
The Erba apartment (55 m2) has:
- own entrance, completely on the ground floor
- master bedroom with extra long beds (2.10 m)
- outdoor terrace with garden chairs & wonderful view
Glamping lodges
We rent fully furnished eco-lodge tents on the estate of Agriturismo Crose that give you the real glamping feeling: close to nature, but with comfort.
The lodges :
- are practically furnished with a kitchen unit
- have comfortably made beds incl. bed linen
- stand on spacious terraces (approximately 200 m2)
- have lots of privacy with a private veranda
There are 2 types of lodges for rent:
4 persons: Family Lodge or Dog lodge
5 persons: Lavanda Lodge or Honey lodge:
Note: The Dog Lodge has an extra feature: an immediately adjacent fenced area completely set at 1.70 m high, with mesh suitable for small and large dogs. This is 100m2 of private playing pleasure for your dogs , with all the freedom to be inside or outside without being able to leave.
Our terrain is hilly, the lodges are on terraces covered with grass and are surrounded by trees that offer shade. Every tent has a beautiful view over the hills of Piedmont towards the Ligurian coast. The campsite is car-free (the parking spaces are close by). This makes "camping in nature" a lot of fun.
One thing is certain: you experience a lot of space & nature you enjoy a beautiful view that changes every hour
A place in Piedmont to relax and be close to nature. We offer 4 lodges which are completely furnitured for cooking & sleeping. Or, if you prefer to stay in an appartment, that is also possible: we offer 2 appartments in the pietra farmhouse, located on a hilltop with a spectacular view.
Prices indicated on weekly basis per apartment / lodge tent include:
Breakfast You have the possibility to also book breakfast during your stay, we provide thist in the following way: In the morning we bring filled baskets with fresh breakfast to your apartment or lodge tent. You can already specify at the time of booking if you want breakfast, or decide this later, As long as we know a day in advance.
Payment When booking we ask for a down payment: 40% of the total rental amount. This deposit must be received within 7 days after reservation. After receiving your deposit, the reservation is final The remaining amount (60%) must be received 4 weeks before your arrival date
More than 12 calendar weeks prior to arrival date will be refunded the full deposit (40% of rent). Between 8 and 12 calendar weeks before the arrival date, half of the deposit (20% rent) will be reimbursed. The deposit (40% rent) will no longer be reimbursed between 4 and 8 calendar weeks before the arrival date. Within the 4 calendar weeks prior to arrival date, no refund of deposit or rental sum applies (full rental sum paid). If you stay with us for less than previously booked, it will be considered as a partial cancellation; The rental amount is therefore calculated over the entire period initially reserved It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance.
