The house has the privacy and convenience of a traditional home. The space is very pleasant and quiet, with garden and fruit trees, where the guests can pick and eat the fruit of the season.
The space
The Silvério house is decorated in a simple and welcoming way to make you feel at home. Ideal for families or group of friends. It has capacity for seven people, it has two bedrooms, a storage room, a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals, dining room, living room, bathroom and a utility room with washing machine. Outside, leaning against the kitchen, there is a bathroom and a shower area. It also has a cistern and a small kitchen for barbecue. In front of the house you can enjoy the terrace to enjoy your meals or simply to relax and enjoy the views: São Jorge Island in front and to your left Santo Amaro, Prainha and the village of São Roque. The guests have access to the entire house and garden.

It is located in the village of Santo Amaro with easy access to the airport and to the boats that make connection to the other islands. Restaurant to 1,5 Km, Supermarkets - parish of Prainha 5 Km, parish of Piedade 15 Km, hypermarkets São Roque 20 km, Madalena 40 km and Lajes 35 km. Access to the airport 30 km and the boats to the other islands: São Roque 20 Km - transport to S. Jorge, Terceira and Graciosa. Madalena: 40 km, transport to the island of Faial.
Interaction with guests
I'm meeting with you on arrival to show the house and hand over the key. For us the privacy and tranquility of guests is very important, we are available for anything you need, but we want you to appreciate and enjoy the house as if it were yours. Guests are personally provided the information and support needed to take the best advantage of the stay, from restaurants to places to visit, walking trails, horse riding, boating, outlets for fishing with local fishermen, whale watching and dolphin watching, diving with sharks.

We had a wonderful stay in Arminda's house. Everything was perfectly clean and the kitchen is well equipped. I am already missing the sea view from the hammock in front of the house. Fully recommended!
Arminda's place was wonderful! It is very spacious, in a beautiful setting and nicely furnished. The apartment was super clean and Arminda left us even some food and drinks for breakfast. She was very fast in replying and also the check-in was super easy. The place has a great view and a beautiful terrace in front of the house. All in all, it was one of the best stays I ever had so far! Thanks,Arminda!
Very clean, very quiet, pretty grounds and great views. No WIFI. The village is small, one seasonal restaurant and 2 snack bars. Beds are full size and quite firm.
We had an absolutely lovely stay with Arminda. The house was large and spacious, with all the utensils and items needed. The place also had a great view of the harbor and was quiet and peaceful. Arminda was so helpful and even showed us a great new restaurant that opened down the road - Magma - which was absolutely amazing. We had such a great stay and will definitely be back with our larger family.
Romantic apartment with lots of space and a fantastic view over the ocean. It got everything we needed and even beyond (e.g. a hot shower in the garden). All the basic necessities were part of a well equipped kitchen and there was even homemade jam in the fridge as well as butter, bread, cheese and milk for the first days. There is a high chair and a baby bed, so our one year old daughter was happy too. Arminda is a really nice host who made our stay very pleasent. If you've got questions, she's responding very quickly and helps as soon as possible. I'd definitively recommend staying at Arminda's when you're visiting Pico island.
This is a place were you feel the hospitality and peace of mind of Pico immediatly ! The house is beautiful and well decorated.The view spectacular .Arminda even had everything ready for breakfast and brought fresh bread ! This kind of hospitality makes you feel very welcome and so you dont want to leave The warm personality of Arminda is something that strikes you When in Pico i really would advice this place AMAZING
