Stunning private residence in a popular resort (Ciudad Quesada) on the spanish costa blanca. Villa Gelderhof has sea view and a fantastic view on the salt lakes of Torrevieja.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms with a further twin bedroom in the underbuilt. The living room measures over 60 m2 with a fully equiped kitchen. Alongside and accessed from the living area is a double bedroom with a regularly sized twin bed, en-suite shower, wc, bidet and twin wash basins.

The kitchen is fully equiped with an electric oven/hob, dishwasher,refrigerator, coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery you could ever need. In the utility is an American refrigerator with ice water and ice making facilities, a hot water heater, washing and drying machines, air fryer and plenty of storage space.

During the summer you can make use of the outside kitchen as well as of the jacuzzy suitable for 6 persons. All the bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. The swimming pool measures 8x4 m.
