Reeds 3 x villa gehuurd . Werkelijk fantastisch gelegen op amper 1 u van luchthaven Alicante en 1.15 u van Valencia. Adembenemend zicht vanop terras of vanuit infinitypool op de baai van Moraira(villa ligt op heuvel). Zon van 's morgens tot 's avonds op het terras . Lekker chillen op de comfortabele ligzetels en op tijd een frisse duik in het zwembad. Rustige buurt ,ondanks meerdere villa's in omgeving. Afstand tot Moraira centrum en strand: 2 km (best met auto of fiets voor de sportievelingen) Supermarkt, bakker, wijnhandel, ... op korte afstand(< 5 min) Perfecte uitvalsbasis om ook het binnenland van Spanje te verkennen. Moraira is een leuke,niet te drukke badplaats, met lekkere restaurants(Chamizo,Miramar19(geweldige tapas,....) en bars,mooie jachthaven,shopping en sportfaciliteiten ( tennis, padel,fietsenverhuur( ook electrische), golf,zeevissen ,wandelingen ....) Een aanrader : sundowner met een heerlijk glas rosé in het nabijgelegen El Portet De villa zelf is volledig uitgerust met 5 ruime kamers en 5 badkamers. Goed uitgeruste keuken en buitenkeuken met gas BBQ,tepanyaki en wok . Er zijn 2 salons binnen ( één met TV) eetkamer , apart toilet . We hebben nog nooit binnen moeten eten . Op terras :lekker aperitieven in de lounchzetels en daarna een heerlijke BBQ aan de grote tafel onder een overdekt terras. Alles is ruimschoots aanwezig voor 10 personen en perfect onderhouden.. Wij hebben reeds geboekt voor 2018.

Schitterende villa, goede kamers met eigen badkamers en goed goedwerkende douche, mooie buitenkeuken met heerlijk terras en fraai uitzicht over Moraira.

It was a very nice holiday. The house was very clean and I liked that every room had his own bahtroom. Amazing view at the swimming pool and wonderfull sundowner when eating dinner outside. There are in the area so much things to do, so we definetely come back next year. ps: The book with all the tips for restaurants and activities was very helpfull!

We had a really nice stay in this amazing villa. The outdoor area with the pool, sunbeds, lounge furniture, dining area and the view over Moraira and the sea are fantastic. It's a great, modern house with good bedrooms and a spacious kitchen in open connection to the outdoor area. Easy to walk down to Moraira, and easy access by car to supermarkets. The owner is really nice and the communication was great. We can surely recommend this house.
