Description
"Rojas Rodes" is a Small Secluded Cottage Getaway with all conveniences for two or just one guest, in a peaceful and scenic location close to the low-saline Baltic Sea and far from the busy roads and towns of central Latvia.

Location: Plūdoņa iela 12, Roja, Roja Municipality (in the north Kurzeme region of Latvia, find it on Google Maps). The name of the house "Rojas Rodes" is displayed outside. Check-in from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., check-out until 12 noon.

Available for guests all year round.

Living space for guests includes a living-room/bedroom, dining kitchen, shower room and toilet. More detailed please see in our website www.rojas-rodes.lv

The rooms are finished in wood and have heated floors. Guests can adjust the heat as they wish.

Free Wi-Fi. Free parking in enclosed grounds. Guests can leave their sports or other equipment in a ventilated shed next to the living house. An outdoor grill (barbecue) with all tools and utensils, a fireplace and a spacious furnished gazebo are available for free. Charcoal and firewood are available at extra cost. Bike rental at EUR 10 per bike per day.

An excellent, uncrowded sandy beach with resort facilities is situated north of the Roja Port, a scenic stony beach (loved by many species of birds, including swans and storks) - to the south. Both beaches are 1.4 km, 20 minutes’ walk from "Rojas Rodes". Rowing boats are available for hire across the Roja River near the bridge. Steep wooded banks offer fantastic and unforgettable views to the rowers. A pine-tree forest is 5 minutes’ walk from "Rojas Rodes". 

The nearby forests are excellent for walking and cycling activities. A pure forest spring with water free of biological admixtures (which makes it different from all other spring water in Latvia) is just 15-20 minutes walking distance away from "Rojas Rodes". Roja Tourist Centre offers extensive information on recreational activities in the area, for example it is possible to organise bird watching excursions as well as excursions to pristine marshes filled with the sounds of silence.

Pets not permitted. No smoking allowed inside the house but possible outside, including in the gazebo or under the front door shelter. The holiday house is not suitable for children needing a separate bedroom. Children under 7 can stay with their parents free of charge.

Payment Policy
Reception of guests from 16:00 to 22:00, check-out until 12:00. You can book a holiday home at any time and in any way - in writing, by phone, in person. Very important: the reservation is only valid when the guest receives confirmation of the reservation request from Rojas Rodes ( rojas.rodes@gmail.com ). Without such confirmation, the reservation is not valid. The holiday home cannot accommodate children who need a separate bedroom. There is no additional charge for smaller children and infants staying with their parents. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, but it can be done in the outdoor gazebo or under the canopy at the entrance. No prepayment is required. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by bank card on site.

Loti patika! Labiekartota maja augstaka limeni! Ir visas ertibas. Lieliska atputa parim! Majas saimnieks ir loti atsaucigs - ieteiks un aizvedis uz interesantakajam Rojas novada vietam un tas apkartnes pilsetam . Paša pilseta ir ko paskatities - juras piekraste, 2 moli, muzejs, iespeja pastaigaties pa dabas takam, nobaudit Rojas slaveno avota udeni, blakus ir ari nacionalie parki, kapas, iespeja pabraukaties ar laivam pa Rojas upi un nogaršot dažada veida kupinatas zivis!
