The Pinion

IN THE IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT

ON FOOT By the sea, you can enjoy surfing, you have schools, you will have direct access to the beach of the marine lake with pedal boats, kayaks, fishing is another asset. At 800 m you will have the very pretty Pinsolle golf course surrounded by pine trees and with its practice on a lake, next to the tennis courts. When leaving the house, on your bikes! the cycle path will make you discover the charm of old renovated stations, the enchantment of the forest, small places where you can have a drink and discover sculptures and still other wonders ... 

A little further north, n ' do not forget, starting from Lake Léon, the superb promenade of the Huchet Current in a boat with a boatman who will tell you all the history of this magical place and who will take you to the mouth of the sea! The Vieux Boucau arena will make you experience the most beautiful Landes cow races: a great tradition! You can walk there from the house.

SUBJECT OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT The parties declare that this rental does not relate to premises rented for main residential use or mixed use professional and main home. Consequently, they agree that their respective rights and obligations will be governed by the provisions of this contract, by the order of December 28, 1976 as amended and failing that by the provisions of the Civil Code. The premises covered by this contract are rented furnished on a seasonal basis. 2. DESIGNATION OF ACCOMMODATION 2.1. Accommodation address: Studio, LE PIGNON, 3, rue de Not, 40 480 VIEUX-BOUCAU LES BAINS, FRANCE 2.2. Date of construction: 2011 2.3. Details and ad reference: LE PIGNON STUDIO, 2.4. A precise description of the accommodation is attached in Annex A. 3. DURATION OF THE SEASONAL RENTAL The Lessor rents the accommodation to the Lessee from Saturday / 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to Saturday / 2021 at 11:00 a.m., i.e. a maximum period of 7 non-renewable days. The Lessee expressly undertakes to have fully vacated the accommodation on Saturday / 2021 at 11:00 am at the latest, and to hand over the keys to the Lessor. The keys will be delivered by hand to the Lessor or his representative. At the start of the rental, the Lessor will give the Lessee the keys and instructions relating to the accommodation. 4.
