Payment Policy
€20 Tourist tax per day per person 15€ per person for hiring bedding and towels if needed. The reservation becomes confirmed from the moment of the acknowledgment is receipt from LAOUCHET(e.mail, mail, sms,fax...). By mutual agreement, we consider that by sending your credit card details you authorize debit for the values of the 20% deposit(down payment). The deposit is a means od debit and remains acquired in the event of cancellation by the customer. Prepayment : You must pay in advance 20% of the total amount after booking and the remaining amount within 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If you don't show up you will be charged the total price. In the event of modification, shortening of the stay and according to availabilities, 100% of the nights shortened will be charged.

Endroit très bien situé , arboré et aux senteurs de mimosa en fleurs ...la proximité du lac , et la proximité de la ville sans en avoir les inconvénients , nous avons adoré le bar-restaurant , l'accueil , la gentillesse et la cuisine proposée , absolument délicieuse et abordable , dans une ambiance musicale , sans oublier les jolies notes d'humour du Chef !!

Bel emplacement, petit bémol sur les 2 ou 3 gestionnaires. Le notre parfait le second beaucoup moins. Pas concerné par petit déjeuner. Disponibilité du personnel impeccable, très agréable.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'établissement, les piscines ainsi que le restaurant l'atelier qui se trouve au yellow village à 5 minutes de marche avec un service exemplaire. Nous avons aimé le fait de pouvoir arriver et partir quand nous le voulions (check-in le dimanche pour un check out le mercredi), ceci afin d'éviter les embouteillages du samedi. Enfin, nous avons trouvé que le prix était très correct pour la saison et la région.

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Welcoming staff and good facilities (2 swimming pools). Very calm place to relax with family. Fast access to the lake.
