On the La Sella Urbanisation this fabulous family friendly villa has a private pool, private garden and parking. Nearby there is golf, tennis and horse riding. La Sella has a small commercial centre with a pharmacy, supermarket and a bar/restaurant.

On a flat enclosed plot, the villa has sun all year round. The garden is completely enclosed with an electric gate and intercom.  

An immaculate three bedroomed modern villa in La Sella, with stunning  views to the Montgo, sea, Marriot Golf and mountains. On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom.   The bathroom is spacious with a corner bath and a separate shower and double sinks.  There is also a walk in wardrobe.

The kitchen, also on this level, is bright and modern, fully equipped with a separate utility room. In the utility room there is a washing machine and clothes dryer.  
The  lounge and dining area is open and bright with satellite, smart TV. The house phone is free for local calls. The large glazed in terrace looks over the pool area and garden. This is a wonderful room for enjoying the winter sun or taking meals overlooking the garden.  

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with access to a large sun terrace with fabulous views. Both have fitted wardrobes. Thee first one on this level is perfect for children. It has 3 single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed  and looks out to the garden There is a separate bathroom/shower room. Air conditioning is in all 3 bedrooms. From the bedrooms there are two terraces. One terrace has fantastic views to the both the sea in Denia and the sea in Javea. Views over the Spa Marriot Hotel and golf.
The house has gas central heating and air conditioning.

The garden is flat, with off street parking. The swimming pool ( 11 x 5 m.) is easily accessed from the pretty glazed terrace. There is an outside BBQ  and summer kitchen area for those delightful outdoor meals. There is a separate shower and toilet outside in the garden for swimming pool use.
The registration number with the Valencia Tourist Board is VT 462346A.

A perfect retreat for either families or couples wanting to enjoy this blissful area, near to the beach and local towns. Denia with its lovely beaches is a castle town, with the fabulous new Marina offering the best restaurants and bars, only a 15 minute drive away.

La Sella is near to the villages of La Xara, Jesus Pobre, the hospital, shopping centre, motorways and much more.
