La casa

La casa se distribuye en una sola planta. 

Tiene tres habitaciones: dos con camas dobles, y una con dos camas individuales.
Existe la posibilidad de dos cama supletorias.

Dispone de un cuarto de baño completo y cocina equipada con horno, cocina vitrocerámica, frigorífico, microondas y cafetera Nespresso.

El salón-comedor es una estancia llena de luz natural con
chimenea y aire acondicionado, TV, libros y juegos de mesa. Encontraréis un espacio que llamamos "el rincón de vino", donde podéis comprar alguna botella de bodegas exclusivas de la zona y aceite de oliva

En el exterior podréis disfrutar de un amplio espacio con una  pequeña alberca (piscina) para refrescarse en verano. También podéis disfrutar de una barbacoa. Disponemos de dos bicicletas a tu disposición.

Alrededores

La casa está ubicada en la zona rural de Úbeda, que se encuentra a 7 kilómetros (poco más de 4 millas) de Pinoso, localidad de la comarca del Medio Vinalopó en Alicante. El área consta de cinco o seis calles y la casa está a muy pocos metros del campo. Este pequeño pueblo está rodeado de viñedos, olivares y almendros. Los inviernos son fríos y, por lo tanto, son un momento perfecto para disfrutar de nuestra chimenea. Pero los veranos, aunque cálidos durante el día, dir a tener noches más frescas. Los cielos estrellados en verano merecen la pena.

Enoturismo

Estamos ubicados en la principal zona de producción de vino de Alicante, donde prima la variedad Monastrell en más del 70% de la producción. Esta región es también la que tiene más bodegas. La mayoría de ellos ofrecen visitas guiadas y catas de vino, donde aprenderá más sobre el mundo del vino.

Servicios

La casa ofrece un servicio de catering para que disfrutes de la gastronomía de la zona en nuestro local sin necesidad de cocinar.

Contamos con una gran variedad de arroces, gazpacho y platos tradicionales regionales como gachas migas, migas y olleta.

  • La casa Entre Vinyes está ubicada en la partida rural de Ubeda, a 7 kilómetros del municipio de Pinoso, en la comarca alicantina del Medio Vinalopó. La partida es un pequeño entramado de cinco o seis calles y la casa prácticamente está rodeada por campo. Los viñedos, olivares y almendros rodean esta pequeña aldea. Los inviernos son fríos, perfectos para disfrutar de nuestra chimenea, y los veranos, aunque calurosos de día, dejan las noches frescas. Los cielos estrellados del verano valen la pena. En su entorno encontrarás rutas de senderismo, de bicicleta donde disfrutarás de campos de viñas, almendros, olivos, etc... Para los más atrevidos podéis subir a la Sierra de Salinas, Sierra del Carche, aí como otros parajes cercanos Sin olvidar las visitas a bodegas de la zona y probar la gastronomía local , donde preparan posiblemente unos de los mejores arroces de España

Payment Policy
RESERVATION Reservations will be made in writing and to the email address: casaruralentrevinyes@gmail.com The CUSTOMER must indicate: check-in date, check-out date, offered price and full ID information. We will send you a confirmation message saying that the accommodation is available during the dates you requested. To complete the reservation the CUSTOMER must deposit the full amount of the stay within a maximum period of two business days from receiving the confirmation of availability The CUSTOMER must immediately send an email with the receipt of the bank transfer. After receiving the deposit, the OWNER will contact the CUSTOMER to confirm the reservation is complete and to specify all the details regarding the check-in and the key handover. CHECK-IN As owners of the rural house, we are required to collect the identification information of EVERYONE staying in the house and to inform the Civil Guard. EVERYONE staying is required to provide the following information: Full name and last name, ID card or passport, full address, phone number and email of the person in charge of the reservation. DEPOSIT In order to make up for any possible damages or flaws, the amount of the deposit will be 100 €, which will be paid also by bank transfer. After the check-out and once the house has been checked that there are no damages and is in the same condition as provided, the OWNER will reimburse the CUSTOMER for the amount of the deposit within a maximum of 5 days. PAYMENT Once we have received confirmation that the CUSTOMER has made the payment, we will send a confirmation email of the reservation. In the event that we have not received the transfer within the period of two business days from sending the availability email, the reservation will be automatically canceled without notification to the CUSTOMER. The house will once again be available for other customers.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION If the cancellation or change of dates takes place up to 20 days of the check-in date, the customer will receive 100% refund except for the bank charges (if any) associated with the process of reimbursement. If the cancellation takes place with less than 20 days from the check-in date, the owner will reimburse 80% of the amount except for the bank charges (if any) associated with the process of reimbursement.
