Our home is located in Via Canton 298, in the Ostaria COntrada, a nice and quiet area surrounded by nature, at the beginning of the beautiful Val Federia, ideal for those couples and families that wish to spend a nice and quiet holiday in Livigno.

The bike path is just a few hundred meters from the home, and it’s a great beginning point you’re your excursions, either they are in the winter or summer. The first lift Cassana Cable car 30 is reachable with our free ski bus in just 2 bus stops, the city center is just 4 bus stops away, or for those that enjoy a little walk, it’s about a 5 minute walk.

In the winter time you can reach the house directly from the slopes.
