A rest holiday, an active holiday or a combination of the two... it's all possible with us;

Lazing by the pool, aperitifs at the bar, ping pong, petanque, shopping in Agen or Toulouse, canoeing, visiting castles, strolling on the many markets to enjoy our Table d'hôtes in the evening after these activities. !

Here you have a wide view over a beautiful valley and a rolling landscape in the middle of an agricultural culture. The landscape invites to long walks!

B&B

After a good night's sleep in a tastefully furnished room or more spacious suite, we would like to spoil you with an extensive breakfast buffet;

A glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice, eggs of your choice, delicious fresh bread and sweets will prepare you for a vibrant day.

In the afternoon you have the opportunity to have a quiet pick-nick on our domain.

Whether lounging by the pool during the day or heading out to one of the many attractions in the area, in the evening you can join us at our Table d'Hôtes and enjoy our culinary delights.

Gite SENNE (6 + 2 people) cc 140 m²

The house is private on our domain and has a fantastic view over the valley and the communal swimming pool.

On the ground floor is the kitchen with a recent gas fire, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and kitchen equipment. The kitchen table is suitable for 8 people. Next to the kitchen is the veranda / orangery and a separate sitting area.

The sitting area is furnished with a TV - DVD player (movies available for free with us) and seating for 8 people.

On the first floor there are three large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with a spacious shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet in each bedroom. The beds are of very good quality and new from December 2015 (box spring size 160°200 cm).

One of these bedrooms has an extra double sofa bed suitable for children up to 16 years. The space between the beds can be closed off with a curtain. Surcharge for the sofa bed (two persons = 25 €/night/breakfast not included)

Two of the bedrooms open onto a spacious balcony. This is equipped with seating so you can relax here and enjoy the view of the valley.

Changeover day is always Saturday. You are welcome with us from 4 pm in the afternoon and you can start your holiday.

If desired, you can already use our Table d'Hôtes on the first evening. Please mention this when booking. We like to cook Burgundian with a Mediterranean touch.

On departure, we ask you to leave the house after a hearty breakfast around 10 am so that we have enough time to complete the cleaning.

Gite CLOE (4 people) + 1 cc 80 m²

This cozy house (a former drying oven for plums/nuts) is located next to Gite Arjen and has a private terrace with garden furniture.

On the ground floor is the kitchen (equipped with an electric hob, fridge and kitchen equipment) and living room in an open space. There is a TV and DVD player (movies available from us).

Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms furnished with new beds and mattresses. One room has a double bed of 180*200 and the other bedroom has a box spring of 180*200 cm. This can be split into two separate beds... please let us know before arrival if desired!

There is a communal bathroom with shower and sink.

The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom.

This gite is very suitable for couples with children, two couples or friends. A cot can always be placed on request.

GITE ARJEN   (2 persons and toddler possible) cc 40 m²

This cottage has a very cozy interior for a romantic stay for two or a super stay for friends / relatives. Private terrace accessible from the bedroom or from the living area. Everything on one floor.

The bedroom has a decent iron bed (ferrous) with an extra long size for larger people 160 * 210.

The mattress is new from Dec 2015.

The living room has a TV and DVD player (movies available for free with us). The kitchen has an electric hob and fridge. Furthermore, all kitchen utensils are available.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower with jets and a toilet.

Payment Policy
Adults 25 € pp incl. aperitif, starter, main course and dessert, excl. drinks except coffee and water. Children up to 3 years free Children up to 12 years 15 € pp Extra beds can be placed - 25 € per night per person from 3 years (breakfast not included) Children up to 3 years old can stay for free. We provide a cot or park for babies. Cleaning fee, Gite Senne = 70 € (to be paid on arrival) A deposit of 150 € per gite is required to be paid in cash on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure. If you stay with us for two or more weeks, you will receive a discount of 10% on the additional weeks.

We can’t recommend this place enough. A great get away from it all. The hosts are really lovely. Loved the breakfasts with a mix of cold meats, cheeses, selection of breads and a fried or boiled egg and fresh fruit.

The hosts were amazing. So friendly, breakfast was lovely, plentiful and nothing was too much trouble. This was a hidden gem. So relaxed and a proper home from home.
