On the ground floor there is a large living room with a modern open kitchen equipped with every comfort. In the living room there is a flat screen TV and a double sofa bed. In the basement laundry room and a space for storing bicycles.

A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor where there is a large double bedroom and a bathroom with a comfortable shower.

Some period furniture (early 1900s from Piedmont) such as the wardrobe and the table emphasize the typicality of the houses in the area.

EQUIPMENT: oven, toaster, kettle, water, coffee and tea available in the kitchen; washing machine, drying rack, first aid kit, emergency light, detergents; sheets and towels, soap, hairdryer; air conditioning and free wifi. Pets are allowed upon notice.

THE TERRITORY

We are located in Portacomaro, a few minutes from Asti, half an hour from Alba and 45 minutes from Turin, but already in the splendid hills of Monferrato, which have become a UNESCO heritage site.

Here you can practice Nordic walking, cycle tour excursions and savor the typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine in the farmhouses scattered throughout the territory.

Area of ​​Grignolino, Barbera and Ruchè as reds, Muscat, Chardonnay and Cortese as whites, you are spoiled for choice for tastings and purchases of the best Piedmontese wines.

Don't forget typical products such as hazelnuts and honey.

in mezzo alla regione del monferrato il posto è in un paesino a 15 minuti da asti e una trentina da nizza nonferrato, eclizia e suo marito ci hanno consegnato un appartamento pulito e in ordine nonchè tanti consigli utili per apprezzare la zona: cantine, ristoranti, luoghi... complimenti

La casa è una tipica casa di paese, disposta su due piani su una via trafficata pochissimo e quindi molto silenziosa. Anche troppo per noi purtroppo abituati ai rumori delle nostre città. La pulizia è soddisfacente, la cucina è attrezzata. Forse ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa in più per la colazione ma è stato comunque molto bello fare colazione al bar sulla pittoresca piazza del paese. Sicuramente un'ottima posizione per poter esplorare le colline e conoscere i prodotti enogastronomici tipici della zona. La casa è in una posizione molto comoda anche per visitare la città di Asti, distante pochissimi Km. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente al più presto.

La casa è piccolina ma molto graziosa. Si accede direttamente dalla strada. Al piano terra una cucina fornita di forno e di tutto il necessario per cucinare e un divano comodissimo. Al piano primo, accessibile con una scala tradizionale una camera da letto ampia con bagno. La casa è calda ed è dotata anche di condizionatori sia sotto che sopra. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, sorridenti e disponibili e accolgono con affetto anche gli animali domestici. Io e il mio cane siamo stati benissimo, purtroppo ci siamo fermati solo una notte. Il paesino è molto carino e il centro dista solo pochi passi a piedi dalla casa.
