Gilberto and Marcella, owners of CasaGilMa are delighted to accommodate you in an enchanting place!
300 metres from a small secluded beach; 500 metres from the Lagoon Park nature reserve where you can hike, bike or horse riding!

CasaGilMa is just 3km from the enchanting Arona and 20km from Stresa and the steep Borromeo Islands. CasaGilMa is a corner of paradise in a strategic tourist location for those who love sports or quiet during the holidays.

The space

The hospitality you'll find will make your stay memorable. At Casa GilMa you can relax in the private and equipped garden or on the terrace overlooking the lake. The renovated apartment is equipped with all comforts and consists of 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, the living area with fully equipped kitchen, the living room that directly overlooks the lake terrace and the bathroom with toilet and shower. Self-check in is available. Access is independent of the portion inhabited by the owners. Cleanings have always been carried out (and we boast of our 5! score) punctually and accurately. We have always used specific sanitizing medical devices and detergents and today even more attention is paid to protecting you and us from Corona virus 19.

Guest access

There is a garden area available for guests to relax in addition to the barbecue. There is also private indoor parking and wifi available both inside Casa GilMa and from the garden.

Other things to note

Both your home and linen are cleaned with specific cleaning and sanitizing products, and between guests we take the time to clean according to Airbnb's instructions.
At check-in to be paid in cash are:
- tourist tax (€0.50 per person and per night)
- cleaning fee of € 40 per reservation/week .

Casa GilMa is a private dwelling so please be respectful so do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the premises of the apartment.

Location

Typical lake and foothill resort, you can take many horseback riding and cycling excursions in addition to classic water sports or relaxing afternoons at the most beautiful golf courses of the lake. We are on the edge of Lagoni Park so a few minutes if you want you can choose whether the "nightlife" or the quiet walk in the woods or by the lake. Shopping malls are also nearby for all kinds of shopping.

Casa GilMa was a beautiful place, we had everything we needed and it was perfectly clean. A big kitchen, a nice balcony and beautiful bedrooms - everything was fine. From the balcony you have a nice view at the lago maggiore with the mountains and the boats. Marcella was a very kind and friendly host, the check-In and communication was easy and flexible. We enjoyed the Time in Dormeletto and would appreciate to come back.

The apartment was so beautiful and perfectly clean & organized. The communication and check-in with Marcella was super easy! We had an amazing time and appreciated all the little details of this apartment. Everything was nicely prepared for us and Marcella even had water stocked for us in the fridge and some great travel recommendations. The balcony has a beautiful view on the lake and the apartment also offers on site parking. All in all really an amazing place and easy access to other cities around the Lago Maggiore. Can absolutely recommend it

You can expect a very clean house, lovely decorated master bedroom, a nice view on the lake, which is nearby. Within a 10 minutes walk you’ll be able to swim and enjoy sunbathing! We enjoyed our stay at Casa Gill’ma very much!

We had a wonderful stay in Marcella’s home! Marcella is extremely kind, welcoming and showed a lot of care for us as guests - even baking us an apple tart, which was delicious! Also worth mentioning is that she showed a great discretion and we didn’t even notice that her and her family stayed on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, which makes the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Only small remark is that even though the Main Street is far below - you can still hear it. But after a while we even got used to that! Overall a great experience which we recommend to everyone.
