Located near Asciano, in the heart of Tuscany, 30km south-east of Siena, the “Podere Ferranesi” is an old farm, which has been completely renovated and restyled.

The reconstruction has been faithful to the original rural Tuscan style found in this area known as “Crete Senesi” and it is right at the rim of these spectacular hills that we offer you the opportunity to spend a dream holiday with us. The luxurious interior of minimalist architecture matches harmoniously with the simplicity of the old Tuscan farm style. We welcome you with luxurious interiors assuring every comfort together with a range of bespoke services. Podere Ferranesi is the ideal place for family reunions and holidays with friends.

Additionally the infrastructure is fully equipped for the celebration of marriages, anniversaries, seminars or team building events. On request we can provide you with a wide range of services : concierge, housekeeping, babysitting, breakfast, lunch- and dinner service, BBQ, pizza evenings… We are also happy to organise your grocery shopping for you. All you need to do is to leave us a list. Wide-sweeping 360° views of the “Crete Senesi” can be enjoyed from our vast gardens which reveal a myriad choice of small, hidden corners, where you can relax in complete privacy.

La Vita è Bella (8 people)

La vita è bella is the heart of this ancient Tuscan farm, an enormous house of 300 m² suitable for up to eight people. On the ground floor, you can find a large dining room with open fire, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a library and a tv room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with a separate ensuite bathroom. There are also two shady terraces, one of these covered and a large private garden.

La Strada (4-6 people)

A lovely house, comprising an area of 130 m², and a private garden for sunbathing. It is perfect for four to six people and has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen connected to the dining room and a large living room, as well as a shady terrace for outside dining.

La Dolce Vita (2-3 People)

This is an apartment of 60 m² located on the first floor. It is ideal for two to three people. There is a combined dining/kitchen area with a small but well equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a small sitting area that can be converted into a single bedroom, each with a separate ensuite bathroom. There is also a charming shady terrace. On the groundfloor it has a private pergola for sunbathing and outside dining.

Il Postino (2-3 people)

This apartment, 60 m², is located on the ground floor, is ideal for two to three people. It has a combined living/kitchen room with a small but well equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a small sitting area that can be converted into a single bedroom, each with a separate ensuite bathroom. There is also a delightful sheltered terrace, next to the private pergola with extraordinary views.

Una Giornata Particolare (2 People)

This small apartment of 30 m² is perfect for a couple. It is located on the first floor and offers splendid views towards Pienza. It is equipped with a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Payment Policy
While we maintain our existing high standards of cleanliness through this time for all our villas or apartments, we have increased our disinfecting procedures with government approved cleaning products. We’re encouraging our guests and employees to exercise recommended social distancing practices. We’re actively monitoring the situation and following the guidance, information, protocols, and tools from government authorities and The World Health Organization to maximize the effectiveness of our response. After each stay and before every arrival of new guests, villas and apartments are completely disinfected with ozone as well (an extra precaution to remove eventual virus and bacteria). All our employees have a HACCP diploma (so already trained for respecting correct hygienic situations), and in these days every one of them is trained with an extra anti covid-19 course. On request, your breakfasts, eventual lunches or dinners can be delivered directly in your villa or apartment as well, all in maximum respect of hygiene and safety. If you want to cook yourself, you will find a complete disinfected and sanitized kitchen at your disposal on arrival. If you don’t want to leave your villa at all, we can pre-stock the villa with the shopping list you send us in advance and even do your shopping during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
“Standard Rate” cancellation policy In case there still should be covid-19 travel restrictions or problems at the moment of your trip, we will submit a voucher for the amount already payed, to be used within 24 months from that date. In all other cases, cancellations till 30 days before arrival, have a penalty of 30% from the total rent. From 30 days to day of arrival, reservations become not refundable for the complete amount. We will always submit a voucher valid for 24 months, for down payment as for full amount, with a valid reason for not travelling., “Standard rate” payment policy 30% of the booking amount will be charged at the time of booking. The balance of 70% will be required 30 days before the check-in date. We strongly recommend to use our ‘besafe rate’ included a travel insurance on all reservations you make.
