The property is set right in the harbour just off the main Promenade of Portstewart, where you will find a great variety of cafes and local amenities. The strand beach is also just a 15- minute walk away along the cliff path. 

The open- plan living space has full sea views with feature wall with wall hung smart television and electric fire.  This includes a stunning dining area and high spec kitchen complete with quooker tap and dishwasher. There is also a W/C on this level.  Down stairs in the basement area has a fully equipped utility room with washing and drying facilities. This area leads outdoors where you will find an outdoor shower, garage access and BBQ space. 

On the 1st floor you will find 3 stylish bedrooms, a king- size room, a super king bedroom with sea views, 50 inch TV and stunning en suite shower room. This level also boasts a family bedroom with two four foot beds. The luxurious, main bathroom is also on this level- there is a freestanding bath and walk in shower.

The 2nd floor has a single bedroom with sea views. 

A breathtaking roof terrace leads off from the second floor.  It is fully equipped with rattan furniture to seat 8 people. There is also a drinks kitchen on this level with a fridge.

Terms and Conditions
Payment Policy
It is £2500 per week July and August only weekly lets. Xmas and Easter and NW200 8TH – 16TH May - £2500 for the week. From now until end of March except Xmas – it is £2200 per week or £350 per night – minimum 3 night stay. April –end of June - £2500 per week and 3 night stays for £400 per night ( except Easter and NW200 in May – weeks only ). July and August – weekly only £2500 per week. We also charge £9.95 booking fee.
