Gufo (Owl) Single Bedroom Apartment

The Owl apartment is now a single bedroom (large) apartment and can sleep up to 5 person composed of 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed and a double pull out sofa bed. The main room includes a live in modern well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, plus dishwasher and modern steam oven as well as microwave and a large fridge, plus cutlery, plates and cooking utensils. Once eaten on the large wooden dining table with 6 chairs the guests can then on the large 3 seated settee and watch the large TV with remote control. One can comfortably sit down and connect their computer to the free wifi on offer in the single bedroom apartment. There is door access to the internal balcony as well as a door to the external balcony where one can see Vicolungo.

There is a small annex in from of the private bathroom whereby one can leave their luggage as well as other personal items including clothes.

The separate bedroom consists of a large double bed and TV with remote control along with ample wardrobe space and a view of the property and surrounding rice fields with a view of the mountains on a clear day. It also includes a small table with wifi connectivity. One can go outside to the private balcony via a connecting door  where there is a table for sitting down along with ashtrays for those who smoke. As smoking inside the single bedroom apartment is prohibited.

The bathroom is fully equipped with shower/bath tub a very large mirror and electrical power points for shavers as well as washing machine and hair dryer.

Gallo (Rooster) Studio Apartment

The Gallo apartment can sleep max 4 people, as has two sofa convertible beds inside along with the main double bed. The main room includes a live in kitchen which folds away. There is also a closed wood fireplace with forced ventilation whereby the occupants can sit in the  armchairs (if not made into beds) and watch the fire as well as the smart TV with remote control. Also there is a table and four chairs whereby one can comfortably sit down and connect their computer to the free wifi on offer in the studio apartment.

There is a small annex in from of the private bathroom whereby one can leave their luggage as well as other personal items including clothes.

The bathroom is fully equipped with shower/hydro massage a large mirror and electrical power points for shavers as well as washing machine and hair dryer.

Elefante (Elephant) Studio Apartment

The Elephant apartment has one main double large bed, plus the possibility to add another portable bed for a maximum of 3 persons. This studio apartment has a kitchen in the same main room, all fully equipped, again including dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs and all cooking and eating utensils.

The annex by the private bathroom is equipped for placing luggage and a wardrobe for clothes and then leads on to the private large bathroom which has a walk in shower equipped with hydro massage.

Note : Each apartment above has childrens' beds (children up to age of 3), we currently have 4 of these small beds. We have a high chair for a child.

Activities

  • Uniquely set within 1km of the main intersection of two major motorway's in north Italy of the A4 which goes from Turin to Milan and the A26 which goes from Switzerland to Genova. We are in a small quiet village of Vicolungo which hosts the Vicolungo Outlets (700m from our apartments of a retail outlet of nearly 200 shops). We have in the summer months Ondaland - large water park. Less than 5 mins drive is Recetto and its natural waterski park. Less than 20 mins we have Novara, seconds largest city in Piedmont and less than 40 minutes (A4) you can get to the metro for visiting Milan and just over an hour the other way (A4) you reach Turin. Going south (A26) and within 90 minutes you are at Genova on the coast and 90 minutes north (A26) and you are in Switzerland. You can either walk to the local takeaway pizza shop at 100m or dine in at the local restaurant at 300m and drink at the local bars in the Village centre at 250m. We have a nature walk less than 15 mins away whereby you can emerse yourself in the nature park and can use the BBQ facilities.
