Located in the heart of the Algarve, surrounded by a citrus grove, far from the tourist bustle, yet close to all amenities and various points of interest, the accommodation is a family home built in the 1960s and transformed in 2019 into a guest house , continuing to be managed and cared for by the same family.

The guest house offers recently refurbished and tastefully decorated accommodation, 7 rooms with private bathrooms and personalized decor, several common spaces such as living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, library and games room with billiards and various board games .

It also has a completely independent studio, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher and other small appliances, and a living room with sofa, TV and dining table. View and privileged access to the pool area.

Outside you can enjoy a beautiful and well-kept garden with several outdoor areas and a swimming pool and also play table tennis, as well as enjoy walks in the citrus orchard belonging to the property.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and there is free parking on site, private or public, depending on availability. A varied breakfast is served on site each morning.

A varied and tasty breakfast is served in the main house and outside you can enjoy a large swimming pool and pleasant leisure areas. The Guest House is located in the typical village of Estoi, 250 m from the Roman Ruins of Milreu, 650 m from the Mother Church and 1 km from Jardins do Palácio.

The historic center of Faro is 10 km away, where you can visit the Capela dos Ossos, the Igreja do Carmo and the Teatro Lethes, among other monuments. The airport is just 12 km away, as is the nearest beach.

Malva Bedroom : Family suite where you can enjoy all the comfort of a country suite, overlooking the garden and the mountains. Comprising two single beds (1.00 * 2.00), a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, this room is ideal for a couple with two children. All rooms have an electric kettle and facilities for making tea and coffee, flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioning. A varied breakfast with fresh, local products is included in the room rate. This room is also equipped with a mini fridge.

Sal Bedroom : Double room, with king-size bed (1.60 * 2.00) and bathroom with shower, where through the window you can enjoy a magnificent view over the pool and the orchard. The light tones predominating, reminiscent of the purity of the salt flower, stand out and a mandala illuminated by the rays of sunlight that come through the window and make us feel warmly comfortable and at peace. All rooms have an electric kettle and facilities for making tea and coffee, flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioning. A varied breakfast with fresh, local products is included in the room rate. This room is also equipped with a mini fridge.

Raízes Bedroom : Double room with king-size bed (1.60 * 2.00) and a bathroom with shower. It reflects the roots and authenticity of the guest house, showing a little in our cultural heritage. Here you can find all the amenities to feel at home and enjoy a view over the garden and the beginning of the Algarve Barrocal. All rooms have an electric kettle and facilities for making tea and coffee, flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioning. A varied breakfast with fresh, local products is included in the room rate. This room is also equipped with a mini-refrigerator.

Mar Bedroom : Twin room with two single beds (1.00 * 2.00) and bathroom with bath. The window overlooks the pool and you can find the sea on the horizon, which gave the name to this room and served as the decoration theme. All rooms have an electric kettle and facilities for making tea and coffee, flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioning. A varied breakfast with fresh, local products is included in the room rate. This room is also equipped with a mini-refrigerator.

Alecrim Bedroom : Standard double room with double bed (1.50 * 2.00) and bathroom with shower. The blue tone and rustic / classic furniture pays homage to rosemary, an aromatic plant from the Mediterranean, which you can find in our gardens. All rooms have an electric kettle and facilities for making tea and coffee, flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioning. A varied breakfast with fresh, local products is included in the room rate.

Terra Bedroom : Family suite consisting of a king-size bed (1.60 * 2.00) and a double sofa bed, with a bathroom with shower, allowing you to enjoy views over the pool and the countryside. The earth tones transmit the warmth of the home, and its spaciousness and space organization make it suitable for comfortably accommodating two adults and two children. All rooms have an electric kettle and facilities for making tea and coffee, flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioning. A varied breakfast with fresh, local products is included in the room rate.

Ria Bedroom : In honor of "our" Ria Formosa, this quiet suite has two twin beds (1.00 * 2.00) and a single sofa bed, being recommended for two adults and one child, with a maximum height of 1.5m. From the bedroom window, you can take a close look at the magnificent pool and garden, and the countryside from a further distance.
All rooms have an electric kettle and facilities for making tea and coffee, flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioning. A varied breakfast with fresh, local products is included in the room rate.

Studio : Completely independent space, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living and dining room, ideal for a family or group of friends who want a more private space and the possibility to cook their own meals. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed (1.60 * 2.00) and the other bedroom has twin beds (1.00 * 2.00), with the possibility of placing an extra bed in any of them. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher and other small appliances (toaster, juicer, electric coffee maker, coffee machine, hand blender, iron). The living room has a living area with a sofa and TV and another with a dining table that can also double as a desk. View and privileged access to the pool and garden area. Wonderful, familly, very clean and special place to stay! Just go and sleep in this beautiful rooms, eat a good breakfast, drink in the evening a good wine from the region.... the owners are very nice and helpful

Zwei sehr herzliche Schwestern betreiben dieses Gästehaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber. Großer Pool, man sollte auf jeden Fall 2 Tage bleiben.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr freundlich !!! Die Zimmer und die Villa sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schöne Außenanlage mit Pool und Tischtennis . Das Frühstück war toll. Die Lage in Estoi ca 15 Minuten zum Strand mit dem Auto . Parkplätze direkt an der Villa und sehr sicher.Sehr zu empfehlen!

Charmante B&B, gelegen buiten het drukke centrum en toch dicht bij een aantal bezienswaardigheden. Wordt gerund door 2 zussen die uitblinken in gastvrijheid. Genoten van de pooltafel en de honesty bar ! Ruime, aangename kamer. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.
